We went through the drive through and waited almost an hour for our food. My wife had to go inside to follow up on our order, then after 45 minutes they told us they didn’t have any fries after we watched them serve order after order of fries. We complained about the fries and then they magically had fries? Then on the KFC bowl they just chopped up a chicken tender. Food is bad here and service is worse. Management sucks and the workers aren’t professional.

Appearantly who ever owns this place does not care about the customer service or the quality of the food provided. I don't ever look at the reviews when I visit a new place, because I like to judge a place by my experience. However, in deed, customer service is not good at all and the food is very poor quality. Too bad it is in our neighborhood.

So, if you do not specifically ask for white meat, all you receive is a bunch of thighs and legs. Oh, if you have a half hour to kill to wait for this slop, this is your place! The Colonel must have come up with a new "Extra Soggy" recipe...not my favorite! I had better fried chicken in the Department of Corrections!!!

I went to get chicken littles from this location and 2 sandwiches were moldy, don’t know why they don’t take health code seriously and don’t check the food before handing it out. I will be getting a refund for this carelessness
