I went to get chicken littles from this location and 2 sandwiches were moldy, don’t know why they don’t take health code seriously and don’t check the food before handing it out. I will be getting a refund for this carelessness

I was waiting for 10 minutes while the workers were on the phone close to the drive thru window. There is no bathroom.

Got the wrong food, no refund, the person on the phone was extreme rude, said they were closed(incorrect hours listed i guess), didnt even get a biscuit
Asked for crispy chicken. Was given soggy squishy nasty chicken and immediately almost puked it out after eating 1 bite. The chicken fell apart as soon as I even barely even touched it and tasted horrible. Will be contacting corporate. Unacceptable. Money isn’t easy nowadays and you guys are just handing out food that’a not even worth purchasing.

As we came in the counter person look at us and went to the back, we waited for about six minutes, and still nobody came back. I guess they were having too much fun goofing off behind the sceans, so we left. We're not going back.

I made an online order today. I show up 5 minutes later than the automated email told me my order would be ready. They didn't recognize my name nor order when I showed up to the drive thru (they haven't made my order yet), then tells me to wait at the front of the store where I waited for at least 20 minutes before I went into the lobby where I had to wait 10 more minutes for less than $30 worth of food. Barely an apology for the wait and no accountability for not starting my order until I arrive and not telling me. All in all, I had to wait 30 minutes after I arrived to pick up my online order that wasn't started until I arrived. Had i been aware at the moment, I would've opted out of waiting 30 minutes for the order and got something else for dinner for me and my children. Very poor service, customer service and regard for customers time.

I ordered my food to be delivered and the door dash deliver called me and said the place was closed and when I tried calling they didn't answer but they took my money and I never got my food. The door dash driver said it was dark inside. Though they were opened. Haven't received my money back. Worst place ever.
