The food is good or the appetizers but the service or customer service is terrible especially a girl or lady, I really don't know what it is but she is a woman with glasses, kind of chubby, she has a very bad attitude. I'm sorry to say this but if I were the owner of the place I wouldn't have her there.

I'm not going back... first, the chamoy they use is horrible, second, it's very expensive, what they sell is priceless, the hibiscus tastes like it's been made there for 3 days and the fruits look like they've been chopped since the morning.

DO NOT come here unless you want a snarky manager along with employees who try to serve you stale food or incorrectly made drinks. To your delight, he will then try to mansplain to you that your drink was indeed made properly. I have never had bubble tea that was not completely liquid besides the tapioca. Last time I checked, it’s supposed to be a drink NOT blended ice in a cup. Very disrespectful and rude to serve your customers like this.

I googled funnel cakes near me and this place was the closest. Tried them out and OMG the BEST, softest, fresh funnel cake I’ve ever had. And at a great price. 100% recommend them. I ended up going twice in one day it was so good to my family.

After 25 minutes spent waiting to be served, I went to order a shaved ice or rather a slushy for almost $8 and I asked him, does that cost? He told me if each business varies its price! But it really seems super expensive to me! It wasn't the $8, it was the attitude with which the lady who served me told me! And I told him in another I bought it for $3.49

Was charged 1 price, then in the end I checked my bank statement was charged more. Nope not coming back.

Disappointed, came in Friday 2/9/24 to start off.. customer service was terrible. I understand it was 40 mins before closing but as customers we’re coming in to get delicious desserts. Well in this case a girl with blonde strips haired rushed my order, barely put any yogurt in my yogurt de fruta. On top the fruit was very old. Knowing this is one of the most known Michoacanas. Never coming back or recommending any friends/family. If the owner truly cares about their customers I’ll be expecting a reply back. Overpriced af as well. Save y’all money & go somewhere else! SMH
