Terrible Experience. First off ordered food not in a lunch rush or anything then this worker tells me to go forward to wait after giving me the drinks. I pull forward and then about 10 cars got there food before me and it was almost 20 minutes. Go inside and complain why my food took so long! They sit there and don’t believe me and the worker who gave me the drink is smiling in the back. I go back to my car and get my receipt and then wait in another line and after all this they finally believe me and the manager i believe says to me want a few cookies to make up and i say sure and then he says okay i will give a few and takes my food bag back again and another five minute wait well he says to me we are preparing the cookies then he eventually hands me the bag and says enjoy the cookies! So i go back to my car finally and then get home and i check the bag and there is NO cookies! Overall terrible experience won’t be going again…

Food is literally NEVER fresh I wouldn’t be surprised if they just warm the food up in a microwave something is off about this location either the food is sitting out all day or there giving people spoiled food the lettuce isn’t even fresh the glen Ellyn location is the best in the area

There was no one at the drive through and everyone was outside talking. Waited over 15 minutes for them to tell me they don't know how long it'll take to make the for. Aking for a refund was a hassle. Was late to work. Never ordering from this location again.

Seriously disgusting. The fries are always stale. I was given a bacon egg and cheese bagel for breakfast and there was no bacon, and instead of a sausage patty it was literally a burger patty. Literally not the same. Gotta be one of their worst locations in the area. They either have incompetent workers or maybe they’re just children since it’s cheaper to hire kids. McDonald’s is the worst all around

Thought I'd give McDonald's West Chicago another shot after 6 years. This is what they call quality product! I don't think so!!.. I didn't order fries. But whoever bagged my food threw in around 20 packs of ketchup.

Beware of McDonald's. We purchase (2) ice coffees from this location mostly on a daily basis and after 11:00 am. So, last year we received a notification from our bank in regards to a purchase for $4.21. around 10:15 in the morning. We went in and spoke to a manager which did not do really anything. Went into our bank and received the refund back to our account. Moving forward to today (3/19/25). Received a notification from our bank around 9:00 ish this morning in regards to a charge of $4.32. Again, we are getting charged for iced coffees because this is what we pay. Contacted corporate, didn't have a care in the world and making it sound like we made that purchase and now trying to get our money back. We told them about the last time we had this problem and they said to contact our bank. So, that's what we did. Bank is now disputing a couple of charges. This location may have a skimmer so beware. We will be paying cash for now on. I don't trust McDonald's with a debit or credit card anymore . So, terrible that they don't care about their customers only the money coming in. Also not caring about what is going on inside the restaurant. (Employee end)
