This place was not that bad. The place was clean and the servers were nice. But they got my order wrong twice. I asked for 2 vanilla shakes and 1 strawberry. 2 small one medium. Also one vanilla no wiped cream. The order was slow for a few items. Then I got 2 strawberries not 2 vanilla. The one vanilla had wiped cream and they were all smalls. Like how do you get a small order so wrong. I told them what they got wrong and gladly fixed it.but still the 1 vanilla was still a small. So I had them get that changed. But since they were so nice apologized many times. In all nice place not well order taking

Terrible Experience. First off ordered food not in a lunch rush or anything then this worker tells me to go forward to wait after giving me the drinks. I pull forward and then about 10 cars got there food before me and it was almost 20 minutes. Go inside and complain why my food took so long! They sit there and don’t believe me and the worker who gave me the drink is smiling in the back. I go back to my car and get my receipt and then wait in another line and after all this they finally believe me and the manager i believe says to me want a few cookies to make up and i say sure and then he says okay i will give a few and takes my food bag back again and another five minute wait well he says to me we are preparing the cookies then he eventually hands me the bag and says enjoy the cookies! So i go back to my car finally and then get home and i check the bag and there is NO cookies! Overall terrible experience won’t be going again…

Food is literally NEVER fresh I wouldn’t be surprised if they just warm the food up in a microwave something is off about this location either the food is sitting out all day or there giving people spoiled food the lettuce isn’t even fresh the glen Ellyn location is the best in the area

There was no one at the drive through and everyone was outside talking. Waited over 15 minutes for them to tell me they don't know how long it'll take to make the for. Aking for a refund was a hassle. Was late to work. Never ordering from this location again.
