The play place is very nice. The kids had a great time but it was freezing in there!! I mean really cold! I had to go to the car and get my jacket and it was 85 degrees outside. There were other people complaining about the temperature in the play place also.

The staff here are so helpful, kind, and understanding. Sometimes, we arrive with some very upset kids, and they let us use the playground after hours so they can burn off some of that extra energy. They also have helped me get drinks for the kids. We go here often and are always treated well.

They packed a sandwich drenched in so much oil that it leaked through the paper wrapper and the paper bag onto my car seat. Manager refused to take ownership of the issue and refused to apologize. Avoid if you can.

The food is nice and warm. Typical McDonald's fare. However, the fries were cold. I'm glad that there is a self service fountain drink machine so I don't have to bother the employees for refills. However, the main attraction is the very large play place. I think it's one of the largest play places in the area.

Food: Sometimes hot and actually edible, other times old. I don't like onions so I don't get onions on my burgers, yet they always taste like onions anyway. Fries are cold half the time. They fill your McFlurry's halfway and not to the top even though they're $5
Service: There's some staff there that are very sweet and friendly but they have staff there that don't say a word to you at all. Just hands you your food and closes the window and doesn't acknowledge you. I get it's a fast paced environment but the least they can do is smile and they don't even do that.
Atmosphere: The food and service is really what makes the atmosphere what it is, so I'd say overall 6x/10 it's okay.
Moral of the review is you can be having the worst day ever and McDonald's will make it even more worse.
