The pizza isn't great, not much flavor but thats to be expected from a chain I guess. Flovors were bland and the sausage was overcooked. I still say dominoes is better. None of the slices were cut through all the way so I had to tear them all apart.

If it could be rated zero stars I would. My relative had gone to pick up a pizza with his son and experienced terrible terrible service. The man was big and has a beard yelled at him telling him that this is America and that spanish isn't spoken here. I don't remember English being the national language of this country. Disgusting behavior from that employee in a town predominantly hispanic/Latino.

Never ever again! I order a Pizza and Wings ams got a call from the delivery guy saying he couldn’t find my address then I gave him again my address he said he has a different one and he had to deliver it there cause he was 20 mins away from my actual address been is Saturday and this happened Friday night they charge me and I never got my order I keep calling and I get no answer.

Can someone explain how PH, or PJ or Dom are still in business in the Chicago area?!? Are there that many out of town people or new people to the area to keep them afloat? I Digress. Got a gift card to Pizza Hit the other day so figured had to spend it, def not on their pizza. Only real option was the baked pasta and cheesy breadsticks. Should have gone with the dessert. How can their chicken Alfredo and breadsticks have no flavor?

I ordered a pizza with 2 toppings and breadsticks for delivery. Got my order and pizza was wrong and food was a bit cold. I called about the pizza and the girl apologized and said they were busy that day but she could make me a new pizza but I had to go get it. At that point I had paid over $10 for delivery charge and tip and then was told I could get my correct food but I had to get it myself. She said she couldn't give me a credit back because there was no manger there and that she would have one contact me but I never heard back from them. Food and service not worth it.

If I could rate them zero I would their customer service is awful, I went in for an order of wings two boxes “plastic containers “ and they ran out of bags i asked for another way to taken them because they are hot or a discount on the inconvenience and they said they col y give me a discount and proceed to give me the smallest bag around after I told them that wasn’t going to work they gave me a garbage bag a huge garbage bag there were two employees and one of them was trying to work with us but the other one was just a straight us a hole and said if I won’t take them as is to leave I told him I was going to leave a review and he said he didn’t care he was going to quit anyways.. this sucks that this is the only Pizza Hut in west Chicago and the employees feel like they are doing us a favor super disappointed and will never ever order from this location

I paid $50 freaking bucks for this for crying out out! Not using pizza hut ever again. This is just LAZY! LAZY! LAZY!!!. NOT THIS ONE OR ANY OTHER PIZZAHUT! PAPA JOHNS DOES IT BETTER! Ordered food for delivery with 30-40 min wait. We never received a call back after an hour. They said we called a call center, which we understood. But rather than trying to find a solution, we just heard “ i don’t know man we didn’t get that call”. It’s just ridiculous Pizza Hut needs a call center to call a local restaurant. The guy also seemed frustrated but no real solution and we ended up not getting any food because we’d start the cycle again waiting more time. I normally just call Rosatis but we wanted to try something different but never ordering Pizza Hut again.
