Customer service is very rude. I simply asked if they had the Horchata Frappe, ro which the person answer no we are already heading into Christmas. A simple story at the moment would have been fine. However the Starbucks in St. Charles is still serving that drink which is why I asked.

No one was at register. I got greeted after 5 minutes of standing at counter. Everyone in the place was waiting on their coffee for about 10-15 minutes while staff was laughing, dancing, high fiving, and was only conversing with each other.
Horrible customer service! Focus on your customers not your coworkers conversations.

Not too long ago I came to this Starbucks for coffee everything was great I ordered my latte no problem. However when it came to getting my coffee someone named Margot started yelling at me claiming I was taking another customers coffee when I was taking my coffee. I felt genuinely betrayed by her remark. She made me feel like a thief for taking my latte! If even had my name on it and everything. The manager should sit down with her and talk to her as to how to talk to customers.

This location has been remodeled since I was last there. Looks nice but there are only 9 tables, almost all for only 2 people. I met a friend on a weekday at 2pm and every single table was taken. Two by employees and the rest by individuals using it as their home office. Good thing the weather was nice enough we could sit outside. We will be looking for another Starbucks to meet at.
