Walk in well over 15 minutes before closing and the store associate claims the store is closed and promptly turns off the open light because she doesn’t want to do one last order well before closing time. Happened on December 19th.

Tried ordering, but literal seconds before I ordered they closed the system and said sorry we can’t help you. Didn’t even try to offer an alternative solution. They just said, well then you should have ordered 2 minutes earlier instead of waiting to come and make sure your orders right, even though this location and company is notorious for doing it wrong and then not making it right after the fact.

I came to this location to place an order for two Tuna Subs because they were one of the only locations that accepted coupons in the app. It shows I can use them, so I drive over. Then when I'm there they tell me I can't redeem my coupon because they closed their system literally 1 minutes before I arrived, and refused to just honor the coupon. Wasted my time driving 20 minutes, and the last time I ordered online and picked it up, they got my order wrong and gave me half portions. Terrible service, and made me feel duped.

The workers are never around because the one worker is working both the dunking donuts and the subway. Subway needs their own team. But hold on when they are around expect to be treated poorly and overcharged.

Came by for a sandwich. The staff said they closed at 6pm. It was 5:45.There was an injured woman in the lobby. They did not help her much after she crawled in the front door after falling - they did not even pick up her purse or food.I Have no kind words for the people that work here.

Lady did not know how to make sub properly. The veggies and bacon was not spread it throughout the sub it was bunched up and she barely speaks English. Then also tried to argue with me about what I got was not the same as what she was making, which had nothing to do with it. never let them ring up your food first make sure it’s made correctly before paying for it.
The staff are fantastic very friendly very fast service. Please set up a system for customers to give employees tips.
