Urban Counter West Chicago

I come here 1-2 times every week and these are the best meals I eat every week! Jake and Nick are absolute legends. They are kind and quick every single time. These guys seriously go above and beyond for me every time I stop in. Great people and great food!

I ordered a custom bagel with sausage, bacon, american cheese, and 2 eggs and Jake , who was the chef, made me make that bagel disappear in like 2 bites. 10/10 from

It's a gas station, don't let the food pics fool you. This place has extremely slow service, even though you're the only person in line. The counter person asked how I wanted my burger, I replied medium rare. My burger was far beyond overcooked, and was missing the toppings. The food quality was so poor, it's embarrassing.

Food terrible. Burnt hot dog bun and a side salad that was mostly onion making it inedible for the most part... Wasn't told the hot beverage machine was down until after I made purchase then told to go grab a drink of choice from gas station side instead of getting refund... It's sad because the one in Wheaton is very good....

Nice little restaurant inside the gas station actually really good food I love the breakfast burrito hamburgers look good too limited menu but considering the size it's okay really nice people there

Sweet potato fries are disgusting, first she forgot about them, so she threw them in the fryer and pulled them out in like a minute. yeah they're hot but they're hard inside and mushy. you're supposed to cook them not just warm them up...

Hospitality is amazing, food is amazing, orders are completed fast, and you cannot beat the price. Best quick stop around town for breakfast lunch or dinner.

They have a great staff working there. Always friendly and get my food done the right way.

Great service with really nice employees. Been there twice both occasion's friendly staff helped me out and served my food quickly.
