Online order was messed up, when asked to correct it we were told that we would have to wait till the drive thru was empty despite us having half our food already. Normally wouldn't be a big deal but I'm currently 8 months pregnant and have gestational diabetes. We were already eating when we discovered they had messed up (our bad shouldn't have trusted them and checked first, lesson learned) and now I'm stuck with only being able to eat 4 chicken nuggets for the next two hours because instead of fixing our order the manager decided to refund us and tell us to get out. Unfortunately it's Saturday and corporate isn't answering their phone but I've reported it on the app and will be calling again Monday. She was beyond rude.

It is easily accessible from the highway for a quick bathroom break and to grab a meal. Everything was so clean - in the bathroom, the floor, tables, even the parking lot. Employees were very kind.

It's a hit and miss on service and food. Didn't give 5 stars there could be improvement like employees smile more and act like thier not stuck up and keep thier backs turned cause no one wants to help the consumer. Over all it is definitely a 4 star strong restaurant.

So annoying they send every single person in the line to wait at a number and I promise you, you'll be waiting a minimum of 15 min and that's if they have your order correctly or have you order or someone else's. Just my opinion

I couldn't believe our order came to 34 dollars a little high what sound is in the lobby you couldn't drink I had to get one from drive through and nobody went to fix them so we had to go back twice to get all of our order.
Kid-friendliness: Maybe for older kids they have two gaming systems on the wall my 4-year-old wanted to play in Playland which was taken away after remodeling
