Love the bartenders and bouncers, they’re always super sweet and easy to talk to. The manager always made me feel awkward being there and her attitude made me feel like I didn’t belong. The manager told the bouncer to kick my sister out. She has a disability so she sometimes acts a little hyper (people often assume she’s drunk but she’s just excited). She was not bothering any of the other customers and was sitting by the pool tables with our friends. The bouncer was visibly uncomfortable doing this as well, I have seen other people beyond drunk here and not being kicked out so it was really hard to see.

Very unwelcoming, the moment me and two friends walked in. The seem to be manager( not the bartender) , greeted us buy saying “can I help you?!” With an attitude.We calmly explained that we would like to play pool, then she asked for our IDs with a large sigh.She brought us to our table and explained the rules of the bar/pool hall. Understanding but didn’t need the attitude, made us all feel very uncomfortable. When ordering at the bar for another beer we got additional attitude. Wouldn’t come here if you are not a regular it seems. Bummer because it is a Nice pool hall.

Great barband pool hall. They have 8 7' Diamond tables and three others. The owner keeps them up nicely, recovering and such regularly. Stop in if you're in the area and want a nice evening of fun games.

The bar is really cool inside and in a great location. The staff were amazing and awesome. The drinks are poured by a machine, so you only get the exact amount. Prices were average for drinks. The Pool table were really nice condition and fast. Can't wait to go back.

The bartender told us he wanted to see ids, my friend was 20 and all we wanted was to play pool.. the bartender said no, that only 21 and older per west dundee police. Well that was a lie, because we were able to another bar in the location. Yes they carded my friend, but they didn't have an issue with her being there, as long as she wasn't drinking. Why blame it on the police, when she could have simply stated its just our policy.

This place is trash and has HORRIBLEEEE costumer service this place won't last long . It's sad because it has a lot of potential if the employees and owner where half decent. 0 stars

Came here for my friend's birthday per the recommendation of our friends. We sat at a table and had the 2 servers both walk past us numerous times. One finally came up to us but did not take our order and did not return to do so. We eventually went up to the bar and received quick, rushed service. My friend and I both ordered craft beer and received bad pours (as pictured). Other other friend got a Dirty Shirely that was almost entirely grenadine.

Place is a large warehouse open space with distinct activities located inside. On the left side you'll see about 10 pool tables with TVs throughout. On the right side there's a cornhole station or 2 and lots of electronic dirt boards. Place is definitely huge. What not to expect: a clean good smelling environment. No food. No good cocktails.Just ez drinks, beer, and some games with your friends.

Nice place, the only pool hall in the area I could find. Be nice if they spread the tables out a bit, they've certainly got the room.
