As a vegan, it is hard to find options at most restaurants other than the usual boring veggie burger (and even that is not vegan most of the time). I had the crunchy power bowl which was delish - quinoa, sweet potatoes, greens, carrots, cuc, sunnflower seeds), and a side of this chili cauliflower. My husband and son had plenty of options to choose from and got the short rib ravioli, and the tuna tartar. Everything was fantastic! Our server was kind, friendly, and so accommodating with requests. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, especially as we sat in a nice booth. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stats for atmosphere, was due to the very odd music playing in a super quiet restaurant. It was a weds night, and the place was very quiet and only a few tables were occupied. The music was a somber piano chamber type music. Literally brought the mood down - like I wanted to fall asleep. I think a better genre of music would help the vibe of the place be a little more lively and welcoming.

I don't know where to start! Everything was magnificent! Our server Sara was exceptional and kind! We ordered the following for my husband's (vegan) birthday:roasted Thai chili cauliflower, pea toast, white pepper wings, surf and turf, mushroom soup, and mushroom fries; IT WAS ALL BEYOND DELICIOUS! Our drinks were good even when the ice melted! We had a blueberry ginger cocktail in a mule. We can't wait to come back and bring the whole family!

Came in for an early birthday lunch and loved it. This was our first time at Bleu Root but we will definitely be back. The gnocchi with house made pesto was wonderful. Our server, Kevin, was exceptional- very welcoming, friendly and he provided great recommendations from the menu. You can tell he loves his job and wants everyone to have a great experience. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond to accomodate us. I asked for a table on the 2nd floor and they made it happen even though the majority of diners were on the first floor.
Our waiter Kevin was the best! He had a genuine love of the food, his job, and people. We asked for his recommendations and it was spot on! He also went above and beyond to help us celebrate our friends birthday with a comped candle dessert.
The food is worth every penny. The flavors, the richness, and cooked to perfection.
So thankful to have this gem in the area.
