Stopped in for lunch mid week. Sandwich to go. Tri tip was good. Tender with nice BBQ smoke flavor. A bit drier than I'd prefer. Friendly staff. Sauce on side, which is fine by me. I'd rather add my own. My first visit. I'll go back.

Sad, sad sandwich. Pulled pork - small amount of meat (pic is before anything was eaten) and meat was dry, tasted stale. BBQ sauce too liquidy but had nice flavor. Nice staff. May give them one more try but this visit was disappointing.

I was there yesterday for West Dundee Heritage Festival rain date for classic cars. The food was delicious, scratch made and no grease. Friendly staff and family owned. The owner's recommendation was on pointe. While I waited for my order, I kept hearing other folks saying how good the owner's recommendation was. I can't remember the owner's name ,but he recommended a new water brand in a glass bottle, Acqua Panna. I loved it so much; I ordered 2 bottles.I'll definitely go back again for some really good BBQ!!

This was my first time coming here. We got the 8 meat combo tray. It came really fast and the flavor was really good. We mostly enjoyed the pork ribs. The employees were super friendly and made us feel welcomed. I would come back for sure.

Tri Tip sandwich was so so. The restaurant interior was not very impressive. Similar to the last 3 businesses that occupied this location.Was a little taken aback when I looked up at the menu and saw that they were charging $0.50 for a cup of water.

We ordered the large family meal for our daughters birthday party, and really loved the food! Ribs, sausage, chicken, sides, bread- Delivered right to our house, feeding our group of 12, and everyone was happy! It was so nice not having to cook or clean our kitchen, allowing us to enjoy our time with our family.Thanks so much, Cali BBQ!

First time trying this place after many times of driving by it. It was DELICIOUS! If you want authentic BBQ food, this is the place! We ordered the 8 meat combo that was recommended by the gentleman at the register. The tri-tip, hot links, ribs, tips, chicken, and pulled pork were smoky and delicious and tender. I got the BBQ Burger, which was really good too. Fries were crunchy! Baked beans and BBQ sauce were spot on. Large variety of food on menu.Customer service was incredible. We were given suggestions because they knew it was our first time. Super friendly staff.Place was clean. High chairs available. Lots of space for families and bigger groups. Hope people give this place a chance. Don't let the empty parking lot fool you. Food is worth the a try!
