Why even bother going out, I could just go to the grocery store and eat everything raw. Put some damn effort into your food. Like what even is this, did a cave man throw this salad together or are the workers to weak to mash. This is half an avocado i got in my bowl.

Showed up a few minutes before closing to pick up an online order, the staff did not even attempt to or tried to come to the door. I understand it was very close to closing but all they had to do was hand over the food, nothing had to be prepped. Some of the staff laughed between each other instead of atleast come to the door to say anything. I understand I was running late but this is horrible customer service to even acknowledge someone at the door. Retrain this staff to atleast know basic customer service.

The young man who took my order was speaking softly, so I politely asked him three times to speak more clearly. Unfortunately, he became frustrated and said never mind when I inquired about some of the menu items. My friend kindly explained them to me. The two women were polite and professional. The food was not warm upon arrival home, despite the short, five-minute drive.
first off I was not even greeted… secondly everything was small portions/scoops and the staff was rushing me through everything. horrible service

I just went in for a pickup order 4/10/25 at 9:10pm close to closing…now I knew it wasn’t going to be the best quality. But I can’t believe the staff would allow to throw this disgusting piece of what looked and felt like chicken skin. As well as the veggies not being prepped properly. I’m embarrassed for this staff tonight. The lack of care is crazy to me. It made me not want to eat my meal again. You can’t trust the meat here. I’m always having issues with the chicken.
