Wouldn’t recommend ordering online/in a rush. Got a veggie bowl specifically for guacamole & I got maybe 1 tablespoon of guac. Serving of beans was disappointing as well. Bummed out.

I paid $14 for Steak bowl and it came with everything except steak on it. This location care more about saving a dollar by shorting their customers than they care about satisfying customers and giving them what they pay for. If someone buy a 14 dollar bowl it should come with enough meat that you are able to taste it, a steak bowl should taste as if there's steak on it and not a vegetarian bowl.

one day the food is spicy the next it’s fatty and chewy the next it’s fine but what i’m complaining about is one of the employees was tearing up almost crying saying that everyday a different manager says to do the job differently. one says add salt the other says not so much and the third manager says to follow the recipe card. why is THIS location always having drama and inconsistent food. this isn’t the first i’ve seen employee drama here

Our favorite Chipotle location comes with a drive thru Starbucks! Expect great, friendly service here. The team really keeps the dining area neat and clean, stocked with items. I'm a little disappointed in the salad dressing; lately it's been greasy and there's such a paltry amount in the container. On some occasions the chicken is cooked overly greasy. Overall, we enjoy the location and service. I don't see the employees change their gloves, so If you have celiacs or are gluten intolerant, ask for a glove change.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free items available.

My daughter wanted a quesadilla for lunch not a something that looked like a quesadilla but taste like a cardboard.
This whole thing about men growing big beards is completely getting out of control and if you are serving food you need to wear a beard net. Not doing so is disgusting.

The cashier lacked the basic fundamentals of her job function which is customer service. It reflects poorly on management when staff lacks common courtesy of greeting and prioritizing customers. I had to speak to management specifically about it. Cashier’s demeanor was lacking the basic understanding of it. I should’ve just patronized the Starbucks instead.

But when other people not my color skin request for changed they go above & beyond for customers. This is sad to treat your own kind with no respect. Specially being in the customer service field.
