AMAZING. I needed a dozen donuts at 9 am..so I placed order on line. Then got called in an hour early. I left a message in a panic after hours....Not only did I receive a call as soon as they opened, but the delicious donuts were already waiting for me! I love the fact they have gluten free. They are all simply delicious. Excellent customer service, and the most delicious donuts around!

This is one of our favorite places in Dundee. If you love donuts and coffee this worth it! The creativity of the donuts and how they have new ones every month or couple of months always has my wife and I looking to see what we want to try next. They have several gluten free options. I ordered a donut for a coworker who has a severe allergy to nuts and in telling CRAFT Donuts this, they made special accommodations to prepare their donut in a nut free area!

I’m updating my first review with a new one (original is below): After a second visit to CRAFT Donuts at the end of October, all I can say is wow! We bought four donuts—pumpkin spice, a pumpkin cheesecake, peanut butter, and an espresso—and they are heavenly. Super moist, perfectly flavored, not too sweet. We will definitely be going back in the future! Thanks, craft donuts team for contacting us and inviting us back.Original: We bought four donuts and three of them were really dry. Also, the iced lattes were pretty bad—like watered down and bad-tasting iced coffee.

So good! I recommend the white mocha with oat milk, glazed donuts, and vegan breakfast sandwich ( plant based meat, egg and cheese). They also introduced me to vegenaise and choloua. So delicious!
