Was passing through and stumbled upon this fantastic coffee spot! The funky monkey latte is truly amazing- one of the best lattes I've had. Its like a chocolate banana smoothie in latte form. Can't recommend this place more highly and the staff is super friendly:)

They serve Counterculture coffees here. It's one of my favorite coffee companies. The sandwiches here are delightful and filling! Get the focaccia. Excellent group of people behind the counter make things flow.

Elder + Oat is one of my favorite coffee shops. I've been here 3 times and have enjoyed each encounter. The drinks are creative and taste good. The unique drinks remind me of a coffee chain I love in Chicago, but I like Elder + Oat more since it's its own thing. Staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and modern.

Coffee was good but there are no prices on the baked goods. I don't know why places think this is OK. I refuse to buy from places that do this.

So disappointed we paid $10 for this "sandwich" that ended up going into the trash. We said we're vegan and have allergies but didn't realize till we got home after a 30min drive that it had dairy cheese on it and not to mention just a teaspoon of hummus a slice of tomato and like 3 slivers of bell peppers. Wish the staff was more knowledgeable of their menu items and could've clarified or made sure it was correct before handing it to us. Gotten this before in the past multiple times a year or 2 ago but it seems like the service has sadly gone downhill a bit, just disappointing because we used to love this place!

I love getting my morning coffee from Elder + Oat a few times a week. It is a little bit of a haul from my house but totally worth it. Have usually get their monthly seasonal cold brew I have never disliked it. Nicole is the sweetest barista! I highly recommend this cute coffee shop!
Each time I go in I always think it can’t possibly get better but it does! All the employees are very friendly and take the extra time to make sure your order is perfect. They are very knowledgeable about the food they serve and are happy to help you if you have any dietary restrictions and their coffee and espresso drinks are out of this world I would highly recommend!

There is a great selection of vegan baked goods. They were clearly labeled for online ordering but in person we had to ask staff so I do wish there was some signage, but thankfully, the staff was knowledgeable. The variety of vegan baked goods was so amazing to see and everything was so yummy, I regret not getting more. The drinks are delicious too.

Bida's vegan items are always great. I am missing the donut selection Craft had and their signature Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte. No labels on items in case. And everything is crowded in there. The case needs to be bigger and better organized. There needs to be a proper menu on the wall. Menu on wall needs to include all items that they sell. Social media is lacking in a sense of listing weekly specials and advertising. What a missed opportunity. Employees are nice. We have to travel quite a distance to get there.

My first time there, my girlfriend and I spent $30.95 for two breakfast sandwiches, and two coffee drinks. When I got home, and started eating my sandwich, every bite had egg shells in it. I called the business, and spoke with the manager, and they were apologetic. They said they would refund the full amount of the sale. This was about 3 weeks ago, and still no refund to my credit card. I will not spend another dime at this place. Too expensive, with low quality products. Stay away!

If you are gluten fee, this is the place to be! Multiple choices and all the baked goods are amazing. The oatmeal creampie is a must, I hope they keep it year round. It's a great place to chill out.
