Unfortunate that the manager was so horrible! We got married on Saturday and stopped in for a drink and some pictures. There were maybe 5 other people in the whole place, and this woman had the nerve to shush us! We bought hundreds of dollars of drinks in a matter of 30 minutes and hoped to truly promote the location. I hope the owner realizes what a shameful act that was and what a mean, spiteful person she was. I promise it didn't ruin my day, but she was taking her authority too far. We will not come back, unfortunately, as Emmett's had been a favorite of mine.

Hosted my nieces Bridal Shower at Emmett's. The service was top notch. Jen & Susie were amazing. They served my guests efficiently with a smile on their faces the entire time. Amanda & Cary were the two managers I dealt with. They were both extremely attentive & approachable any time I needed them. I would highly recommend Emmett's in West Dundee for showers, baptism's, birthday parties, weddings or any special occasions you might have! Their staff is amazing.

It's been a while since I had dinner at Emmett's - 10/31/2001. But I still remember it. A table by the front window, an excellent ceder plank salmon with the best mashed potatoes I'd ever had. The brews were great, especially the scottish ale I sipped for dessert while watching people stroll by on that snowy Halloween evening. I was in Elgin for only a few days working. Emmett's was the highest point of my trip. I live in Texas, but if I ever make a trip up there, it'll be to have dinner at Emmett's.
