Ordering over the phone is hit or miss, last attempt at placing order the person had a awful attitude, you'd think I was calling their home, and it was noon so this was just the start of the day. I ended up cancelling the order it was so bad.

Just ordered egg rolls and fried rice. Egg roll was terrible and mushy. Then I see a long hair in the egg roll. Threw everything away. Clerk was rude and no hello or thank you. When I called to tell them, she didn’t even respond at all. Complete silence and could have cared less. I just hung up. Not the reputation they had many years ago. I had heard it was bad but thought I would try it anyway. Lesson learned.

Food is pretty decent. Price has gone up since we were there last. But what happened to getting a side of steamed white rice with entrees? I ordered a small sweet & sour chicken and small Mongolian beef; thinking both would come with a small steamed white rice.

Don't order here. Last 3 times has had wrong order or missing item we ordered. Moo shu pork is supposed to come with pancakes/crepes. Said they were out of pancakes. Ordered fried rice and was not included. Don't waste your money.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant, ever… Far cry from what this place used to be 18 years ago when I used to come often. Food has declined. And the customer service is worse. They don’t value their customers here and are beyond stingy and cheap. Stay away.

Disgusting!!!! Never again will I order from here. It was my break time. I ordered the combination lo mein. I ended up scooping out the chicken and beef because it had an unpleasant texture and taste. The shrimp wasn't too bad, but overall the meal was horrible and the noodles lacked flavor.
