Always mess up my order for delivery. I get charged for putting on extra meat to a sandwich and they don't even put it on. Seriously not coming back to this location.

I recently Went to this location sometime this Month and it was my first time at a jimmy johns and my sandwich was made by an employee named Sergio. He made it extremely fast and tasted amazing, I will definitely be back to try again and hope every employee is the same as him, all working professionally.

Our order was all sorts of wrong. One of the sandwiches ordered displays cheese in it, hence the price, but it came without cheese. One was a sandwich, that came in as a wrap. When I got there to pick up, three people ghosted me as I wasn’t there. Online it said no delivery available, but the delivery driver left as I was in store to pick up?! Not sure how this location is still in business.

Eek. Poor ratings from past experiences.I personally had a great experience... I was able to accumulate enough credits to get a free sandwich. I placed the order online, which is my preference, because when the employee is reading from a screen, there's less chance of them screwing up the customization.I placed the order, was notified in about 5-7 minutes, and came right in to a fresh and perfectly made Beach Club on white, with yellow mustard. The staff was friendly and the place was full, so hopefully they've improved.The only reason for 4/5 stars is that the prices are way too high for the amount of meat on the sandwich. Also, there's no way to get a fair price for just a salami sandwich. You can get the Vito, which comes with salami and capocollo, but you can't sub salami for the capocollo side (they'll hold the capocollo and charge you for extra salami), and if you ask for no capocollo, you don't get a discount for less meat. (This is the same for a slim #5)I don't understand why this is such an issue, so they lose a star for lack of customer empathy.

Really was upset the older woman who took my order was just plain rude. Was waiting in line and glanced down at my phone for a second or two and she was rudely waving her hands and rolled her eyes at me when I walked up to the register. I even apologized and she ignored me workers need a better attitude.
