The eggs Benedict came out with eggs barely cooked (whites were runny), and the English muffin tasted old.
The cold brew was incredibly sour, and the hot coffee was average at best.
They did comp our check, and we went elsewhere.

Was pleasantly surprised in finding this place, well my son did. Very flavorful food and friendly service. Prices could be a little lower however many places are priced higher now.

I've had this place marked for a bit, just moved in and it was the first family meal. Mexican eggs Benedict was amazing. The diced potatoes were ROCKING. My only true beef, for a place called Maple and Hash you think they would plate a good hash brown. My wife and son took one bite. Gross. Stove was too hot (burnt the outside), the potatoes too cold (not cooked through), not enough oil, they just flat out messed these up. Waffle house has better hash browns by a long shot. We'll be there again for sure.

Colin & the team at Maple & Hash did a fantastic job catering our annual Mayor's Breakfast event. This event had over 110 guests at 7AM. The entire breakfast buffet was hot and ready to go as soon as our guests arrived. Thank you Maple & Hash West Dundee!

*VEGETARIAN * This is a nice brunch place for vegetarian. Their omlete is really good. However I would suggest little bit more vegetables portion in Omlets then eggs would be great.
Their buttermilk pancakes was one of the best pancakes I have ever had. Nice people works here. Good vibes.

Went for mothers day. Made reservations,well in advance, for 9 people. Still had to wait 15-20 past our time to be seated. We were sat at a folding table with plastic folding chairs. Asked for an adult drink menu and were told they lost their liquor license. Promptly got up and left. Really disappointed. I feel they should list on their website or while making reservations that they can't serve alcohol and you might be seated at lack luster seating.

Great service. Everything was made really well and it didn’t seem cheap. Very well prepared. Good portions. Nice atmosphere. Just a really nice place with surprisingly good food and specialty coffees. Would highly recommend.

NO LIQUOR LICENSE. Even though mimosas and cocktails are on the menu you can’t order them. They lost their license. The place was dirty. Every single salt shaker in that place was covered in rust. Ours to point I couldn’t even get salt out. The service was super slow and we went an hour before closing when it was mostly empty in there. My food was very bland. I got the biscuits and gravy. But the seasoned potatoes were delicious. We definitely won’t be going back here.
