We came through this drive through on Saturday, December 20, 2025. They forgot several things and caused a fuss when we went inside and asked for them. It was in the middle of the lunch rush and a delivery truck was there, but everyone seemed agitated and stressed, and we probably won’t be bringing our business back to this particular location. This is a comment for corporate. The Epson printers inside of the kiosks are not meant to be placed on their side. This causes them to jam and irritates the local staff and the customers. There is no reason to purposely misuse a receipt printer which when used properly works very well and reliably.

Absolutely horrible service. On top of the order not being right and waiting ten minutes in line so they can fix it they have me my order with almost half the fries and no sauce when I requested for extra. Goes to show how horrible service they have too when they have you the drinks and shakes all dirty when you tell the service person and they shrug their shoulders instead of offering napkins to remedy the situation.

Never again will I order at this McDonald’s. I asked for a refund she says they did not process it and my bank says otherwise.
This is my local Mcdonalds to go but unfortunately my last two orders I received old fries, old burger buns and super greasy. It is sad to see the quality going down so bad lately. I am hoping this message goes to the manager of this site and step up on quality of the food.
