No stars at all I ordered my breakfast on the app at 10:05 am and when I arrive she tells me my items are no longer available mind you I ordered before 10:30 am she says well I just processed it now. Never again will I order at this McDonald’s. I asked for a refund she says they did not process it and my bank says otherwise.

This is my local Mcdonalds to go but unfortunately my last two orders I received old fries, old burger buns and super greasy. It is sad to see the quality going down so bad lately. I am hoping this message goes to the manager of this site and step up on quality of the food.

Bad service here! The woman giving order at drive thru is very rude. She asked me a question twice but I couldn’t hear so I asked her again. She looked at me like I’m annoying her and stopped talking to me.

Went through the drive thru. The young lady that took our order was very polite and patient. We paid with cash, which is unusual for us. The young lady was very honest when we gave her too much money. We are very appreciative of her as these days so many are not honest anymore. I will make a habit of coming here due to her honesty. Thank you.

I ordered a meal with a diet coke through doordash since I am a type one diabetic and didn’t want to add additional carbs for a drink. When I was almost finished drinking it, I noticed that my blood sugar was going up fast (I wear a continuous glucose monitor). I realized that my diet coke was most likely in fact NOT diet which is a huge concern for me since I didn’t cover for the additional carbs, and unmanaged high blood glucose can be very dangerous. I’m not blaming the doordash driver since they had no clue, they were just picking up the order. I haven’t had mcdonald’s diet coke in quite some time, so I hadn’t realized it wasn’t diet until I saw my blood sugar. Because of this, I ordered “diet testing strips” so I can always double check, and I recommend other diabetics or people who are health conscious to buy as well.
Hello, I’d like to express my disappointment with the service I received today at the McDonald’s location in West Dundee. I went there intending to use my points from the app and asked one of the employees to explain how to redeem them.
I’m a regular customer and I always go to that location because I enjoy the food and usually get good service. However, this time the employee responded with a bad attitude, refused to help me, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I left without placing an order, feeling quite upset about the experience.
I hope this situation is taken seriously, because as a loyal customer, I was really disappointed by the lack of courtesy and assistance.
