Continually they are messing up my coffee order. Countless times I've gotten my coffee with cream when I precisely ask for only sugar. The food, greasy and ir undercooked . No wonder i would only buy coffe there. Not anymore. I'm done with this location. I'll get my coffee from Panera from now on

The woman taking orders at the drive thru acted annoyed with me the entire time I was placing my order. Very short with me, not even using complete sentences, cutting me off when trying to ask a question and acted like she was bothered I even showed up to order anything.

Service recently (last year or so) has been a challenge at this location. I’ve had multiple experiences where I had to get a refund at the drive up window, because the item I ordered was actually not available, or they had my order wrong. This really slows things down. This morning my order was wrong in two different ways.

Extremely hit or miss with quality, and when it's bad it's BAD. My Dr pepper I got today was just very light brown tinted water, absolutely no syrup or flavor in it. How someone poured that drink and thought it was in any way what Dr Pepper should look like is actually shocking lol. Items that are supposed to be cooked when ordered like the Quarter Pounder are regularly old and not hot from this location as well, like they are making a bunch in advance.

The last 4 times I’ve stopped and got food they’ve either forgot something, their co2 isn’t working, or I get the wrong drink. I get it’s a busy environment but they really need to pay more attention to the customer rather than having conversations about how hungover they are or how they’re dating this person and that person doesn’t know…

This place is an absolute joke most days especially in the evenings and weekends. Wrong orders, poor customer service from staff to managers, incompetence at best. Forget it if you have an issue. They will not help you at all and make you feel like you are the problem. I’ve had multiple issues with this store and online app ordering causing me to be overcharged. Can’t cancel the order nor get a refund, they try to pawn you off to the app customer service which tells you it’s the stores responsibility for the refund. Wrong items down to getting a Coke instead of a tea, missing items from your order. Broken equipment constantly. The employees are either high, unmanaged teens, lazy or just a combination of all of the above.
And this is a corporate store. You would think it would be the gold standard. Nooooppppeeee. Glad the managers are getting paid up to 93K to do absolutely nothing.
