You’ll find out how well a restaurant is doing when things go right…but you’ll learn more when there is a problem. We had an issue at this location last night and I informed the manager simply so she was aware. By the way our server was excellent, so this was not a service or even a food issue. Hey things happen in a public setting and management doesn’t always have full control of that. But when I met Marisela she really wanted to make things right for our table and went above and beyond to fix our situation. We appreciated that SO much. Thank you Olive Garden management and particularly to the manager of this location. You really helped regular customers stay loyal.

First of all the person at the front desk looked at me with a disgusted face as soon as I walked in.When I sat down the seat and the tablet were wet and sticky. I went into the bathroom to clean my self off the floor was sticky and the bin was over flowing with paper. We had to ask the waitress for breadsticks they didn’t provide them until we asked. When my food finally arrived I no longer had an appetite. My gonuchi soup came with a hair in it. The waitress also wouldn’t stop staring don’t know if she liked me or just was disgusted over all I would not recommend as a date spot.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. For my birthday, I really wanted to try the Calabrian Steak and Shrimp bucatini, but I found out it was cooked with white wine, so I called a week in advance to ask if they could make it without. Angel, the manager...(a real angel!) came in on a night he wasn't even scheduled to work to specially make an alcohol-free version just for my birthday! I couldn't believe it! He made me feel like a VIP and especially came to greet me and my family at the table. I have never had such personalized service like this ever. The icing on the cake was our server, Xoni, so sweet and attentive to every detail. Thank you, Angel and Xoni, for making me feel so special on my birthday. I will never forget your kindness.

I’ve been to this Olive Garden several times and on all of those occasions I would have rated my visit five stars. Tonight was different. Our server never brought us our check. Ever. We paid at the kiosk on the table. I got up and walked over to the entryway of the kitchen twice to get things the table needed. I boxed everything up, placed it in the bag and walked out. Later, I noticed my purse was missing. I had hung it on the back of my chair. I called and expected them to say it’s here. I didn’t expect a half of an hour spent listening to the hostesses talk about their weekend. I called on my fiancé’s phone and asked to speak to the manager. Thirty minutes of nonsense only to have the manager immediately confirm the purse was there. I take full responsibility for leaving my purse. I blame Olive Garden for allowing their hostess to sit the phone down and talk to their friends for twenty three minutes. It was so bad I had to use my fiancé’s phone just to remind them they left the other line open. I made it clear I would continue to follow up so they finally put the manager on the phone. My advice to Olive Garden is to fire every single hostess working today. Your customers do not want to hear them yammer on for twenty three minutes about non-work related topics. Hire adults and not immature teens who can’t understand simple requests. The lack of intelligence was on par for the lack of professionalism displayed by the hostesses. Stupidity abounds at this location.

Order food from here to go often but we ate in tonight and the food was great and our server Sarah B was absolutely fantastic, some of the best service I’ve ever had, she was lovely and so attentive! Overall 10/10 experience!! Also I LOVE their bellinie peach iced tea it’s so so good

the service here is the worse…we waited for 20 minutes for our server to come and he never did. i pressed called server and no one came either. it wasn’t even busy when we went and still didn’t get helped the server decided to help the other tables instead of coming to at least give us water or something. we had to walk out after waiting for so long will be taking our business elsewhere.
