Place an order an hour ahead lunch time, I received the notification that it was ready. Once I got to the restaurant the guy there told me my order was already picked up for Huber eats while it was as “Ready” on my app. The guy had a very rude attitude and followed to that he just said “Well you gotta wait I have to re do it” and continued with his rude attitude. I requested my money back.

Impressed! Sunday night we ordered 3 large pizzas from this location and one of those was burnt to the crisp. I ordered from door dash who did absolutely nothing but tell me to call Papa John's. I called and spoke with Danielle she couldn't come to a solution at that time because I ordered through door dash. I wasn't looking for my money back but I did expect to have another pizza delivered that we could eat. As you can see in the pictures I posted the one delivered wouldn't be enjoyable and the pizza was thrown away. Come to find out that it wasn't the pizza bakers fault they just had their ovens cleaned and something happened in the process that burnt the pizza. I understand they were probably really busy and didnt inspect the pizza before it went into a box. After speaking with Danielle I truly feel that she would not approve it to leave the location as burnt as it was if she would have seen it. After all I am very impressed after the phone call I received this afternoon from Danielle with an sincere apology and she did make up for the burnt pizza. I can see that she does cherish her employment with Papa John's and does care for her customers. Her phone call meant the world and I will forever order from her location. Thank you Danielle!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Christine did an amazing job with my order! The pizza was made perfectly — fresh, hot, and delicious. She even had it ready well before the estimated time, which was such a great surprise. On top of that, she was really friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. This is my go-to Papa John’s in the area, and Christine is a big reason why!

I ordered extra cheese, it barley had any cheese let a lone extra ,more like flavorless pizza bread and the wings are rubbery and the sauce was terrible I washed it off and tried my own but still not worth it
