A little disappointed. Went at 5pm and had to wait 45 min for a table. Restaurant was half empty so assumed it must be a staffing issue. Many parties who came after us left vs waiting. We went for Lobsterfest. The Maine lobster tails were very good, but kinda small. My husband had the all you can eat shrimp and the waitress was so busy she never came back after his initial order to ask what shrimp he wanted next. She also didnt bring his side, a baked potato and said it would be a while and asked if he wanted a different side. She never came back. All our fountain drinks were empty and never got refilled. My daughter and I were finished, so when she did come back she took our plates and told us to pay on the electronic pad on the table. I told her my husband wanted more shrimp, so she took his order. We sat there and had to wait 15 min for his shrimp then watch him eat it. He would've gotten more but for times sake, he just wanted to leave. The suggested tip was 18%, 20%, or 22%. Are you kidding me? I left 15%, but the service wasn't even worth that. The food was good though.
The first time I went in November 2023, it was a good experience. This time, the night started with a hair in my margarita. They remade the drink, but I originally ordered with sugar on rim instead of salt, and the remake came with salt. I opened my silverware to eat the salad, and both forks were dirty with old food stuck to the forks. I had the linguini with lobster and crab. I was just ok, lacked seasoning, and from previously have this dish, there was way too much liquid in bottom of plate.

We both tried the Fried Shrimp and Fried Lobster. Lobster was pretty chewy. Hushpuppies were great. Would not ordercthis again though.
Heidi was our waitress we came on Valentines day and She was so nice delightfull attentive to our every need and omg the food was sooo delicouse perfectly cooked lobster the steak was a perfect medium rare. Great job guys you made our valentines date special.

Great service, management, and attention to detail. I had come in prior and they were not able to do a live lobster because of cleaning the tank. Today I let the manger know in passing and he brought me an extra live lobster (for a total of two). On top of that every time we come the place is clean and the staff are helpful— and the food is great! Red Lobster has been my favorite popular chain restaurant since I was young. Going the extra mile today ensured many more years of patronage for my family and I. This location carries the legacy in excellence!
