That white girl with the dirty blonde hair that works there has an ugly attitude. I came here last year and I still remember her nasty attitude. She looks miserable which makes people uncomfortable while ordering food. If she doesn’t like working here, she should quit or work in the back, away from interacting with customers. Food satisfied tho

I come to this location a lot and I just have to say Melody and Jesus are the best. I have always been greeted with the same super friendly smiles. Melody always runs my slice twice and picks the onions out of my cucumber salad because she "remembers the first time I said this way was better" I'll completely forget to ask sometimes but she always remembers. and Jesus is always so nice to talk to. It's fun watching him make the pizzas. I never get this experience anywhere else so sbarros you need to recognize these two.

Every time we go there, it smells like food is burning. Like food is left burning or a grill is burnt and it has something inside or underneath the grill burning this is why we hate eating there plus it taste like

Dissatisfied Customer
Placed my order and specified my preference of pizza and drink. They asked me if I wanted any other food and since that was my whole order, told them nothing other than the drink. They said I needed to order my drink with the person at the register, before walking my pizza down to them. Have no idea why they couldn’t just told them my drink order to speed up and streamline things, but they are sure capable of pointing out the pay pad is asking for a gratuity amount. Maybe if they worked half as hard as the bird in the mall surviving off food court crumbs, I would share my crust with them too.

Ordered via DoorDash. The driver arrives and the employee tells them they don't have my order. Driver calls me and explains, but she can clearly see the order receipt and the employee then tells her that they aren't making it because they're closed.

I’m a DoorDash Driver and I went to pickup an order for someone and they say they close @7pm and got their @630pm and they take the guys order but refuses to make it because they wanna leave early and they already had food put away 30+ minutes before they actually close smh basically stole the guys money and won’t do anything about the order.
