Drove out to this Starbucks , they were out of everything we tried to order ( So much for all day breakfast sandwiches) no problem what ever , asked for a pupcup were told no unless we purchase something … WE TRIED. You would think the decent thing to do despite the inconvenience of driving out to Starbucks for nothing would be to make the damn exception but apparently whip creme cups come out of their paychecks over here .
My sister just went through (less than 5 min ago as of 4:30PM 2/14/25) the drive through and the employees could not have been any more rude to her. The employees were short with their speaking and made it seem like they didn't want to be serving customers let alone be there in general. I try not to be a jerk cause I understand retail is hard, but putting on a customer service face is something we all have to do in our retail jobs. Very disappointed in this service.

Don’t go to this location unless you have a solid 20 minutes or more to wait for your coffee, you can watch grass grow faster than you will get your order here.hands down the slowest place I’ve ever been for coffee, won’t return any time soon.

I haven’t had Starbucks in a while, but today I decided to give it another shot after 2 years & the service was horrible. And I’m so disappointed. I was waiting for a good 5 min. and the barista would just stare at me and walk past. I figured she had to finish something up, so I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt her. When she handed over my breakfast and coffee she had a terrible attitude, I still said thank you with a smile and she didn’t say anything back.

This starbucks is rough. They rarely get my drink right. All I get is a 10 pump chai tea latte and it rarely has the 10 pumps. It comes out so milky

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Starbucks location. As a regular customer who frequents Starbucks nearly every day, I was shocked by the appalling behavior of a staff member named Michelle (if that is indeed her real name).
My husband visited the store to order a pink drink and, after 15 minutes of waiting without any update, I arrived to inquire about the delay. We were informed that we had been waiting for 20 minutes, which caused us to miss a critical appointment. During my visit, I observed that over 20 cars had been served while we remained ignored.
Michelle's conduct was unacceptable. Not only was she unprofessional and rude, but she also attempted to forcibly remove us from the premises and even threatened to call the police. Her behavior was completely out of line and unworthy of her position. Her actions included a dramatic outburst that resembled a child's tantrum rather than a service professional's response. To mention we never received our drink… She kicked us out!
I urge you to review the footage from the store’s security cameras (check transaction 725051 and store number 2826) to assess the situation accurately. It is clear that Michelle is unfit for her role and her continued employment at this location is a liability to your company's reputation. I have already contacted corporate and expect a thorough investigation into this matter.
The district manager will be reaching out to me, and I expect prompt action and resolution. Should this individual be present at this location in the future, further action will be necessary.

to whom it may concern
After experiencing a customer throw a whole fit over their drink Ive come to realize that us as customers need to be more patient and calmer. These people that work at this Starbucks location are so great! and for some reason they are SHORT staffed in the afternoon's. This is something that the Store manager should fix because how is it that when I come in the mornings, I always see lots of employes unlike in the afternoon its only 3 or 4. I feel so bad for them being short staffed in the afternoons as this does put a lot of weight on the employee's shoulders. Also people Just know for god's sake that these people are human and try their best to get your drinks out. No need to Throw a whole fit about your drink. If you have a time crunch, then don't come?. be smart. I did decide to take a look at this locations review as I knew a person like you would twist up a review none of what you said was true. YOUR behavior was completely out of line for just a drink, Michelles professionalism was top tier, she handled you rude customers very well. Us customers please learn to be respectful and considerate. SMH to any inconsiderate customers.

I like coming here only on certain days tho this morning at 7:30 am aug 11 2024 they messed my coffee up I get the same thing always so it always taste the same today it taste sour just like the service in the morning they really need to do a better job at hiring these older cats cuz they make it easy for people not to wanna come back
