Uber eats mixed up my Starbucks order with a McDonalds order so I had to re-order through the app, but Starbucks employees were nice enough to accommodate my request to make the order fresh and to ensure that the driver picks it up with clear instructions not to mix up any other orders with my name in clear writing

My first time into a Starbucks. I ordered a small mocha Frappuccino. I usually drink them at home from a bottle. I purchase at the grocery store. The frappe I got today was the worst I've ever had. The ones I've purchased from McDonald's were better. There was so much crushed ice in it, It was watered down. Spent over 5 bucks along with the tip for chocolate. Ice water.

smh. went this morning for holiday cup launch day and the workers definitely kept 2 cups for themselves a girl in line called before they opened and the lady told them they had 3. meanwhile there was only 1 one the shelf. everyone even asked the employees if they have anymore, policy for employees is no cup holds! super unfair for me and everyone else in line who could've been at another location instead of wasting our time when multiple ppl who ig called were told 3 cups will be available. i def wont be back to this location for a cup launch seeing there's selfishness, i wouldn't recommend going either but if you want your time wasted that early, SURE.

Went around once to get a blonde shaken espresso it came out insanely bitter, most likely something to do with how the espresso machine was pulling. We went through again to have it remade and again it came out horrible. I’m not sure what’s up with this location but it’s always a hit or miss. I also ordered a protein box and they seemed to have given me one that was on its way out.

Pictured here is a blind taste test comparing a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) to homemade Folgers with Chobani Pumpkin Spice creamer. Based on a bland PSL from this location (Store #2826) two weeks ago, I hypothesized a Starbucks PSL would be too much L and not enough P. Not enough pumpkin and too much latte. It may be autumn, but don’t “fall” for a overpriced PSL. Methodology: drink Starbucks PSL from one mug and homemade creamer coffee from the other. Experiment: close one's eyes and have a neutral, third party administrator bring each mug without telling subject which is which. Conclusion: test subject correctly distinguished between Starbucks PSL and homemade creamer coffee; however, one did not taste significantly more pumpkin-ish than the other. I was wrong. Bottom line: the tall Starbucks PSL was $6.30--verified purchase check #737087--and the grande PSL two weeks ago was $6.86 for a total outlay of $13.16. For that, one could procure both the Chobani creamer and Folgers and enjoy homemade pumpkin coffee without a significant difference in taste and spending significantly less. Good job Starbucks, yet I’m dubious about the value of the high price when, in economic terms, substitute goods are available.

This location is busy in the morning. A queue of at least 10 cars wrapped the building. Staff handled the bustle well, minimized the wait, and greeted me when I walked in. However, I can distinguish overtures at customer service that feel like forced training of drones of a global $36 billion corporation rather than the genuine human connection of one’s favorite local, non-corporate coffee shop. You're not given a receipt for cash purchases anymore, but they are available upon request. Also, don't assume that the menu is comprehensive. The only size on the menu is grande but tall and venti are available upon request.

Ten autos waiting in the queue. Zero customers sitting in the establishment. Ain’t that America? Ain’t nobody got time for that. Who wants to hang at a Starbucks anymore and chill with hot coffee? Admittedly, it’s a weekday morning. Folks gotta grab-n-go to work. However, I appreciate there are restrooms that don’t require putting a quarter in a slot or entering a numeric code.

This is the closest location to my house and that’s the ONLY reason why I would ever go here. Staff are rude and I always have to wait over ten minutes for my mobile order.
Drinks are okay but not worth the wait. I would definitely just go elsewhere. There’s a cute coffee shop with way better service and wait time called ELDER AND OAT.
