Had a waitress stop by who was helping clean our table for our actual waitress... she came up to my toddler and said, "You have blonde hair and blue eyes, you would've made Hitler proud." I called manager and reported this racist and horrific incident and nothing happened. Never going back. Watch out for who you hire...

Saturday evening my family always goes out to eat. We went to the Olive Garden and received absolutely no service so we walked out and decided we were going to come here for dinner instead. We received the best service from the time we walked in until we left. Our server Anthony was amazing and had a great personality.

If your gambling don't expect any servers or bartender. I had to ask the guys in the kitchen for a waitress. And the music is too bubble gum teenage. Should be geared towards an older crowd.

I love the Hoffman Estates location and this us just as good.

Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful if o had questions about the food! The full slab of ribs were so good!! They make a lot of their food homemade! Love the coleslaw, my husband loves the potatoes salad! Potato skins are perfect and taste great! My husband loved their Ruben sandwich, my cheeseburger was delicious! Plenty of food, I had the sampler chicken tenders and potato skins! My husband had the Octoberfest sausage dinner and he left nothing on the plate, so I knew he loved it!! Yes, I’ve been the at least 6 times, my husband 3 times! Will be going again in the next 2 weeks with work friends and Bestfriend. Absolutely ? love the food with great service!

I've been wanting to come here for a while now. Finally, I was able to do it, we order their nachos and the special poblano burger.
The nachos came on a rectangular plate. So full it was too hard to eat it. Most of it fell to the table. My burger was fine. No salt on the meat, and we got their special sauce. It was ok, I would like some salt on my burger. Not what I was expecting.

We were so disappointed when we used to love this place. Burger came raw, ordered well done. Flies all over the place and when the manager, Aaron stopped at our table to see how everything was, he shrugged his shoulders like, oh well what’s one or two flies. Seriously, place has gone down hill, won’t be going back!!

This is a review strictly for their drinks at Dundee Heritage Fest. They sold the MIXER separate from the alcohol. A premium drink ticket bought "the alcohol" but in order to get a proper drink you had to pay an extra $5 plus tax for the apple cider. I've never encountered anything like it. It was just really odd. The drink was fine, I guess, but definitely not worth what they were charging.

Amazing in every way. Beautiful 3 season patio/room, very attentive server and manager, and amazing food.

They truly make the BEST burger I have had besides my husband's. And that is very hard to beat! Thanks for this fantastic environment and delicious burgers!
