We went to Woodfire for my birthday. The food and service is excellent. Vicki was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The food is so fresh and homemade. The pizza crust is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. There is an assortment of types of pizza, but the cheese pizza is the best I’ve ever had. The pasta is rich and delicious. It’s cooked perfectly and the vodka sauce is amazing. The appetizers, home brewed beer, and desserts are phenomenal too....
We live in Crystal Lake and travelled to Dundee for pizza. And, wow! I'm so glad we did. It is exactly what I've been looking for. The crust is perfect. It is bubbly, flavorful and the best chew. The ingredients are super fresh and the exact right amount for the wood fired oven. I had the chef special - inventive, unique and delicious. My husband's rosemary sausage pizza was excellent. The sausage was fresh and perfectly matched with house made cheeses. It arrived...
Amazing! This was our first visit to Woodfire. Isaac was our server and gave us great recommendations. For appetizers, we ordered the ricotta and honey toast and the fries. For pizza, we chose the Garlic Rose and Prosciutto with Arugula with red sauce. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. Shoutout to the hostess and the busser (Jordan). Great experience all around!
