Best fried catfish I have ever eaten. Best cheese curds you can get outside of Wisconsin or Minnesota. Their steaks and hamburgers are also great. I would actually eat there much more often than I do because of the great food, reasonable prices, friendly service and how close it is to my house, but it is cash only. No credit or debit cards, and I rarely carry cash, though they do have a bank machine if you want to pay $3 to get cash. I understand the reason behind some places...
Enjoyed a meal here with friends. It is a casual, laidback diner environment. My friends got fried catfish which looked good. I loved the fried shrimp with macaroni salad. The onion rings were good too! Was grateful that they serve Coke, that’s always a relief. Note that it’s a cash-only establishment.
