Food was good. Service was great! Atmosphere is okay not bad but really dim lighting for me. The paper on the tables kind of cheapends the experience makes it fell a little less fine dining even though I completely understand why they do it.

Fish fry is the best breaded cod I have ever had! Homemade cornbread, coleslaw, and real mashed potatoes. A from scratch restaurant! Desserts are out of this world! Great by the glass wine list.

My wife and I went with our kids to check out Adelle's in Wheaton due to the ratings we saw online.We ordered the 8oz flat steak per the recommendation of the waitress. However, the food was absolutely disgusting and very low quality. The beef tasted like it was just defrosted and the whole plate had no flavor. The carrots were very unflavored too. I am a foodie, and I couldn't even take more than two bites off the plate.We ended our night early there and asked for the check because the food was just not good. We hardly ate more than a couple bites. Unfortunately, it cost us almost 150 dollars for a dinner we didn't even enjoy or eat. The waitress was very kind and got the owner since she sensed our disappointment.The owner didn't really say anything when we told him the food was not to our liking. I feel like a refund should have been offered or an apology at the very least.We enjoy giving local businesses support, but we don't ever plan on eating here. The pricey plates are not worth it.

Well I'm torn on this. This was our first visit to Adelle's and looking forward to the "fine dining" based on the menu pricing. We were seated at a table and our waitress was prompt and very sweet. We weren't there more than 5 minutes and a group of 3 adults and maybe 5-6 kids under 9 came in and were seated in a room directly across from us. Between all the kids charter and the father?? Dropping the f bomb I was not happy. It sounded like a preschool lunchroom in there. Seriously, who brings children into a "high end" restaurant? I will never understand that. We had brought a good bottle of wine with us which we were looking forward to having in a nice, relaxed atmosphere.That wouldn't be happening where we were seated. I asked the server if we could move and she was very accommodating. We were seated in the back room of the main dining room and it was very quiet and relaxing. I was also surprised that the tables had tablecloths but butcher paper over them. Really? The waitstaff is excellent and the food was top notch. I don't think we will be back which disappoints me but I didn't find this experience was one of my better ones.

The service was good. Our entrees were meatloaf and chicken with creamy lemon caper sauce. They were fair at best. The lemon caper sauce was delicious but the chicken was not tender. The potatoes and green beans were very good.

We had 10 people together celebrating a 40th Birthday and had a fabulous dinner along with after dinner celebration! Loved everything about the night.
Our family went to Adelle's to celebrate our son's 40th birthday. We had a great time. The food was great, good atmosphere and the staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend Adelle's.

The food was astounding. Everything was delicious, wonderfully presented, and hot from the kitchen. We were a bit surprised that we were not given bread. Absolutely everything apart from the basic meal was an additional charge. Service was excellent. Our waitress offered wonderful suggestions on an ever-changing menu. We enjoyed our meal.
We always enjoy our time at Adelle's, and we chose to spend Valentines Day a few weeks ago. We prefer to sit in the bar area; and Herman always takes excellent care of us. I tried something different than I usually get, and it was delicious!! I had the shrimp scampi , and I'll be having it again. Loved the portion size too. My husband had soup and a salad- which he enjoyed as well. It's a special that evening! They also recognize us when we walk in; and I really appreciate that. Gem in Wheaton!

Outstanding dining experience as usual! Exceptional cuisine from apps to desert and excellent service. The scampi was sublime. Pork tenderloin a treat. Portions very generous for the price. Service personable and attentive yet unobtrusive. Cozy atmosphere. I have developed high expectations for this place since I started coming years ago, and always leave more than satisfied.
We have been coming to Adelle's for years, even the College Ave location which was our favorite go to on a cold winter night. We had not been to Adelles and several months and was not impressed at all with the menu. We will come again in hopes for a better food experience
