Arrowhead Restaurant & Bar

We had the prime rib on New Year's Eve. It was terrible. I asked for a medium rare and it was purple raw. My husband asked for medium, and it was deep deep red. The meat was fatty and you couldn't even cut it with the steak knife that they offered. The baked potato was hard and cold inside. The green beans were cold also. My husband ordered two old-fashioned drinks. The first one came and was done well. The second one didn't have any cherries in it or a sugar stick and was loaded with ice. Very very disappointing. The service was great so that Helped. Will never go back again. 

Lindsey was our waitress and she was very pleasant and attentive! We come here every few months and it is always a very nice experience. We usually have a drink at the bar and then head to our table for dinner. There is never a hurried feeling and the food is delicious. I've ordered their salmon (which is amazing!), fish and chips (nice crusty coating), quesadillas (cheesy, which is how I like it). Their burgers are also very large and delicious; usually having to take it home! I tried their pork chop last night and it was done to perfection! It's a great restaurant and bar to frequent! I know we will be back!

Good food, but very slow service. Waitress was very nice but we waited a long time for the check after our meal was over.

We wanted to make reservations for 10 people for dinner on Friday night. The receptionist had to clear this with a manager who was in a meeting. A quick call a little later resulted in our reservation being confirmed even though we were told the were very busy. Excellent service.

Four times out of four we have gone here, been seated by the host, and been completely ignored otherwise and have walked out four times in a row

The last time as we were walking out, some gentleman stopped us and asked if everything was OK

well if it was OK we’d be probably at least having our drinks by now since it’s been 20 minutes so we’re leaving and he asked is there anything I can do to make you stay? I said not this time

then he said is it something that we did? I said what do you think and I walked out

I don’t know how many more times you can really give it before you realize there’s some kind of issues at play here.

and the time we went before that the service was so horrible. It wasn’t even funny. They need to change staff here.

Used to love dining here. Sad what it’s become.

My grandmother had to send her food back twice. Once because her medium burger with nothing on it, came with cheese and again when it came back with no cheese and barely cooked it was bleeding. Our waitress was quite rude about it also & wasn't the best at coming around refilling waters. Food was good but not for the price.

We are so grateful to have Arrowhead Restaurant in our area- easy to book for a Friendsgiving lunch. Our group does not get together too often, so every minute to catch up and enjoy a good meal is very important! We were fussed over by Kathy- she made sure we had everything needed to make this lunch gathering special! Super service, great food, all needs anticipated by Kathy. We could not have asked for better service.. with Kathy service was just awesome! We left that day delighted to have shared time together and making a new friend! Arrowhead you are blessed to have Kathy on your staff!

I like this place, but... 😉When I try to order the food , they tell me we serve the food until 9-30. Buy on Google they tell they open until 11 pm ? Is it strange 🤔 In many restaurants they close kitchen 1 hours before they close, tell me if I am wrong? I would like to have responses from the owner. Thanks.

I have been to Arrowhead many times and have always had a good experience, until this visit. The server was very inexperienced, and should not have been waiting tables on his own. We asked for a bread basket, but it wss not delived until well after our meal arrived. And then the pretzel buns were overbaked, with the bottoms were rock hard. Again, not experience I have come to expect from Arrowhead.

Food was good had the steak sandwich and tomato bisque
Came out pretty quick, so good spot if you're rolling around in a work van looking for lunch

Celebrated a friend's birthday here. The view of the golf course is spectacular. Our server Kathy was terrific and even sang Happy Birthday to my dear friend. The food was delicious and plated perfectly. I guess that's why we keep coming back! Enjoy!

Food has gone way downhill can’t explain why. Used to have awesome free bread at the beginning but they took that away for some reason

Poor service throughout the evening. Food arrived with no silverware/napkins. Had to request 3 times. They ran out of glassware so drinks were served in plastic cups. Food was average except 1 salmon dinner was exceptionally good Beautiful setting on the patio. To bad the dish pan for used dinnerware was directly behind our table and dishes were clanging all night. Suggestion: Move your dish pan away from the table and your guests. Servers seemed clueless of their disruption to dining and conversation.

The Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries was delicious. Especially like that my fries were hot and crispy. Love seating out on the patio, the view is beautiful. Wednesday is 1/2 price which made this a great venue for me to relax.

Shrimp ravioli was way too spicy. There was one foreign word in the description on the menu, I think it translates into atomic bomb
