This is one of those fabled third spaces! A place with a few tables, board games, and a couch where you can hang out and enjoy delicious teas and smoothies. Charming atmosphere and good snacks!

The owner is very knowledgeable about different teas and their respective ingredients. Also, it's a great spot to hang out. If you ever in the area, definitely a place to visit.

Found Babam this evening just walking around downtown Wheaton. It was such a wonderful discovery! The owner spoke with us for quite a while, and since it was our first visit she made a suggestion. Though most people order cold bubble teas, we were looking for something hot. We went with the pumpkin pie chai, and it was crazy good! They also have Japanese-inspired baked goods. Highly recommend, really fun place.

nice place. not the best experience but i’ll definitely be back to try again! service was slow, but we were told someone didn’t show up for work that day. the inside had a very strange scent that was hard to stomach tbh. I got a large tea with boba and it was $7, so a littleee pricey. I won’t give up, though. Maybe just an off day for them?

Located in an alley in downtown Wheaton. I actually missed the turn because of too many people walking in the middle of the alley. Best place to park would be the Chase parking lot, if not there are plenty of free parking spaces scattered around. Inside has very appealing areas that are perfect for snapping pictures for Instagram. Prices are reasonable. They have a variety of drinks and snacks. Overall, I would rate this place 4.5/5. I took off half a point because I forgot to tell the owner that I wanted light ice and 50% sugar. If you don’t say anything then it’ll be 100% sugar, too sweet. I got the pink bubblegum with green apple popping boba, taro milk tea with coffee jelly, pandan rolls, and sweet potato swirl bread. Drinks were tasty despite the abundance of sugar. Pandan rolls I really liked the filling inside. Sweet potato swirl bread was okay. Sufficient amount of seating.

I have been here many times. My favorite is the strawberry lemonade with tapioca. Service is always quick and friendly. They have a nice little lounge area with cute paintings on the walls.

First time in. The staff didn’t ask me sweetness level or ice choice and I forgot to ask for less sweet, less ice. 100% sweet is VERY sweet imo. Also didn’t give me a straw and again I didn’t ask. Idk not the best experience. I came later in the day so there was no bread also. It’s a cute place, also good location to walk around downtown streets but not my fav.

I have had milk tea from east coast to west coast. From Beijing to Shanghai. From Paris to Hong Kong. THIS PLACE MIGHT BE THE BEST TEA I HAVE HAD. Perfectly cooked boba, good quality taste (not cheap taro powder, for example), and just a cool decor to sit down for some work as well.Highly recommended.

The tapioca here is the best we have had, perfect not sticky. I love the mocha with tapioca and my son gets the teas with tapioca, like i said best tapioca. I went friday and had to go back again today (Saturday) for the tapioca. Cutest cups also!

Such a cool place! Teas tasted great and they helped us narrow down the many decisions to make the perfect drink. The lemonades were also really refreshing.

Cute place! Nice atmosphere, tasty beverages. Menu is easy to follow for people unfamiliar with the offerings. My only gripe is the lack of air conditioning, at least on the day we visited.

Wow, the teas and boba are great! Cool place to hang out in with local teens art on the walls for sale. Price is really great for the size of drinks and they did both fruit and traditional boba teas great! So happy to have found this place!Kid-friendliness: Fun place to grab a quick treat with your child or children!
