Use to love going to this location. Recently it has gone down hill. Tried to order today...online ordering is not available...no big deal tech things happen. I double checked that the location would be open...app says it is. Drive there and the door is locked...big signs saying they are open. Smaller sign saying drive thru is open. Nope...cones blocking off drive thru. If you are not open take down the huge signs and update the app properly.

I used to love Boston Market. Great comfort food on the go, but you could find healthy options too. We hadn't been in about a year so we decided to get it tonight. What a shock. The chicken was the size of a squab and so dry. The awesome mashed potatoes they used to have are now potato flakes with powdered gravy, like the kind you'd get in a 70s cafeteria. The cornbread was tiny and dry. The creamed spinach was still good. Husband said his broccoli was crisp and fresh. But let's face it, you don't go to BM for the broccoli. I still can't understand how the Einstein next door went out of biz yet this place stays open. Very sad. They used to be so good.

I know we don't have many of these places left but I have never seen such a poorly run restaurant. I went there the other day and they were closed after 5pm because they ran out of food. You don't run a place like that. Went back the next day and no mac and cheese or spinach they didn't get it in and I had to wait a half hour for chicken to be done. Now come on what is going on with this place. It is a shame but I am done with them. Nobody seems to care anymore about customers or the service they give them what a pitty. No wonder businesses are going to heck.

As of 9/10 they changed their stuffing, it’s really bad now. The corn bread is now terrible, there’s no more marshmallows in their sweet potatoes. They dont even give you the same plates and give you a cheap foam to go container. The penny pinchers hit them and its the worst thing ever because they make you pay the same for way worse food. Avoid at all costs unless you like bad food. This was my second chance for them because I went there yesterday and they were out of their main dish… chicken

If I could give this location 0 stars I would!!! This was the worst food by far I had in a long time. The chicken was so dry it was inedible, the mac n cheese was over cooked and mushy, the corn bread.... Was not corn bread...it was dry and crumbly, the sweet potatoes casserole was watery and looked like orange slop. They served the food on paper plates, drink machine was broken, employees moved so slow for noone being in there. I spoke to an older women about the food issues all she has to say was "I'm sorry" and walked away.... Safe to say we will never go back!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!The quality of the food has gone down hill. The customer service is non existent. I waited in the drive thru lane waiting to place an order for 5 minutes. I was about to leave when someone finally asked if they could help me. I then, asked 1 question, that took several minutes to get an answer for. I ordered 3 pieces of cornbread and 1/4 white meat chicken. Meaning I left the drive thru with 4 items. The cornbread was dry, stale, and hard. Hard enough to break teeth. Oh yeah and I paid $14 even for this. I tossed the cornbread as I was afraid that my kids would break their teeth. When I reached out to corporate, I got a run around!! Needless to say, never ever again will I go to any Boston Market. Word or mouth matters!!!

We had to drive 25 min to the closest one to our house. We had $50 in gift cards so we thought it would make a nice dinner. They were out of everything for meals and sides. The woman that helped us was a complete crab like we were wasting her time the place was dingy and dirty and they have really raised their prices will not go back. This was on a Sunday at 6 p.m. when you think was perfect for dinner. Very disappointed ☹️

I feel so SAD for this location! I'm a huge fan of Boston Market and am confident in their really yummy products. I've noticed that several locations have closed or only have their drive through available. The order I wanted and each side was out of stock--including the favorites such as corn bread, creamed spinach and sweet mashed potatoes. This is the second time this happened. I really hope the store gets the support it deserves.

One closest to my home was permanently closed, so I tried this one in wheaton. They had dinner roll not the regular cornbread. No spinach. No turkey. Mac and cheese was watery.... this one might be closing, too.... stated the delivery didn't come. I haven't been to BM in like 2yrs.... I was very disappointed.

The food is going downhill, the server quickly hid what he put in the bag which was some old bun instead of corn bread like in the photo. When i asked, they have no corn bread in this store.. The soda machine was out of order. The bathrooms are out of order, water leaking on top of my new hat from the bathroom ceiling. What kind of franchise is this!?Do not eat here. Slobs.

I would give it A zero if I could. Warmed over food that was not fresh. Nothing cooking fresh in the roasters a 1:00pm. Dirty inside. Best thing was the lemonade. Employees did not look or act happy at all.
