If spending six bucks on a beer is a better deal for you than buying a sixer for a few bucks more, knock your socks off, says I. Occasionally they'll have decent beers on tap. Head there on Thursdays for discounted rates.
The food is great for the price, bartenders are fantastic and the prices on drinks can't be beat. The only downside is that it's right next to the open seating parents like to bring their screaming offspring to. There's nothing quite like a toddler having a fit while other small children sing the song of their people to ruin a relaxing evening with drinks. If there was some sort of divider that could work for sheltering your ears from the screeching of unattended...
Fantastic beer selection for a grocery store. They rotate beers constantly and have daily specials. They have tap takeovers pretty regularly and the staff is great. Be sure to visit on a Thursday for $4 ANY drafts.
