I have been here several times, but the last few have been going downhill. And the fact that they got rid of the Caesar salad dressing broke my heart. It was my favorite dressing. But food temps have been off, like cool skillet queso, and fries have been so salty I ask for no salt. Requests in general are 50/50 you'll get it.

If you know, you know. Everything comparable to the chili's experience (apple bees, tgifridays,etc.) sucks in comparison. Chili's is a great restraunt to eat out at while on a budget. The food is yummy and the staff is always friendly. Also don't forget about the monthy margs!

I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Crispers Salad, but the chicken was very cold. When I asked my waitress why, she said that's how it's supposed to be because it's on a salad. She took it back to the kitchen, and the manager came out to apologize, promising my food would be hot this time. When I finally got my food, there were only 2 pieces of chicken instead of 4. I didn't make a big deal out of it since I'd already been waiting a long time. This time, the chicken was fresh and hot, but when I bit into it, water squirted out everywhere. The chicken was still undercooked, with water from the frozen meat still inside.

After finishing my meal with my girlfriend, I said to her “this food was great but I think Randall might be the most attentive waiter I’ve ever had.” She agreed, we paid our bill, and walked out to the car to continue our evening. Little did I know, my wallet was left at the booth.
Lo and behold, as my foot released the brake and my car began to roll, out comes Randall holding my wallet while trying to get my attention.
Randall is an absolute beast. If his manager is reading this, he deserves the world from you.

Our server was very rushy and didn’t care for our table at all. When she brought out our chips and queso the queso was cold, we kindly told her that and she proceeded to bring our half eaten queso to “heat it up”. First of all ew anybody who works in food should know that is very disgusting and unsanitary. She then brought it back out and it was still cold! She kept leaving our table mid sentence to the point where we had to keep calling her back as she was running away. Awful expirience. We come to this chilis location often and have never had this bad of an expirience.

As a single mom, Chili’s is such a lifesaver when I don’t feel like cooking. The staff is super nice, and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. My kids love the food—especially the burgers—and I always find something good too without spending too much.
The little tablets at the table are a game changer because they keep my kids busy, so I can actually sit and enjoy my food in peace. The service is fast, the food’s always good, and the whole vibe is super chill. It’s definitely one of our favorite spots when we need an easy night out!
We ordered the Chicken Cajun Pasta and the Triple Dipper, for which we chose Southwestern Spring Rolls, Buffalo Bone-In Wings, and Tenders. Everything was served hot and tasted great. The staff were friendly and accommodating, fulfilling our request to serve the chicken on the side for the pasta. For vegetarian they have black bean burger which was ok. One member of our party had a birthday that week, and the restaurant gave a complimentary hot chocolate lava cake. While they described it as “mini,” it was definitely more generous than expected!
