My first time at Chili’s. I thought I died and went to heaven. I have never had such a perfect restaurant experience. Friendly and vigilant servers/management, clean/orderly establishment and a perfect food quality to price. I couldn’t believe the perfection before my very eyes. I couldn’t take a picture, demolished my plates (I don’t eat much). Come here and have a look for yourself.
All in all, Chili’s is crowned as my best chain restaurant experience with this location being crowned king. If that ever changes, may it be years even, I will come back and edit this review. I heavily doubt that. Good luck other guys. Come down to this friggin’ Chili’s y’all. Live your life to the fullest.

We order for delivery almost weekly. Hubby can’t have cheese on his burger, but we constantly get our food with cheese on his burger. The apps don’t have a plain option, so we have to indicate to REMOVE each item, but because the burger is called “Oldtimer with Cheese” the kitchen often ignores the “Remove Cheese” request. They used to have “Oldtimer” as an option with a “Plain” option box to check, but they did away with that awhile ago. So if you are lactose intolerant and want delivery, your best option to get your food correct is to call Chilis to place the order.

Dined here after going to the movies. We ordered several appetizers, burgers, chicken tenders, wings and more. Justin was our server and he was awesome! He checked on us several times and made sure we had a refill on our drinks.

I had a togo order for today and none of the sauce containers were closed at all. It truly looked like they didn’t even try, which they didn’t because one of them wasn’t even a lid. I have been to this chilis dine in as well and I have also received horrible service. It was so slow they day I went and I only saw my server three times one for taking the order one for drinks and one for dropping off the food. Never did he ask if I wanted a refill of my water which was empty and I couldn’t even find him if I wanted to! Rediclous honestly. Back to the togo order today I just could not belive that they wouldn’t close the lids. It ended up getting sauce all over the place and since most of it spilled and mixed in with the sauce from the tenders there was practically no ranch to even dip anything in I would have been better off getting none than this. This is the first time I have ever made a review for anything but I am so upset with this!

Bring back the skillet queso. This new queso is horribly disappointing. Literally the only reason people went to Chilis.

I have been here several times, but the last few have been going downhill. And the fact that they got rid of the Caesar salad dressing broke my heart. It was my favorite dressing. But food temps have been off, like cool skillet queso, and fries have been so salty I ask for no salt. Requests in general are 50/50 you'll get it.
If you know, you know. Everything comparable to the chili's experience (apple bees, tgifridays,etc.) sucks in comparison. Chili's is a great restraunt to eat out at while on a budget. The food is yummy and the staff is always friendly. Also don't forget about the monthy margs!

I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Crispers Salad, but the chicken was very cold. When I asked my waitress why, she said that's how it's supposed to be because it's on a salad. She took it back to the kitchen, and the manager came out to apologize, promising my food would be hot this time. When I finally got my food, there were only 2 pieces of chicken instead of 4. I didn't make a big deal out of it since I'd already been waiting a long time. This time, the chicken was fresh and hot, but when I bit into it, water squirted out everywhere. The chicken was still undercooked, with water from the frozen meat still inside.

After finishing my meal with my girlfriend, I said to her “this food was great but I think Randall might be the most attentive waiter I’ve ever had.” She agreed, we paid our bill, and walked out to the car to continue our evening. Little did I know, my wallet was left at the booth.
Lo and behold, as my foot released the brake and my car began to roll, out comes Randall holding my wallet while trying to get my attention.
Randall is an absolute beast. If his manager is reading this, he deserves the world from you.
