First of all this was the worst chipotle I’ve ever had in my life. When we walked in they looked at us and screamed big backs. We were immediately stunned and felt assaulted. They asked me if I wanted a salad which I replied no I want the biggest bowl possible. They proceeded to hand me the tiniest bowl of my life and screamed at us and jumped over the counter as we left. Food was good though.

Went and got a chicken bowl with chips and guacamole here on December 21st. The food tasted okay, but less than 12 hours later I'd come down with one of the worst cases of food poisoning I've ever had in my entire life. Wrecked my entire weekend as I had no strength/energy to do much of anything except run to the bathroom at least once an hour, sometimes more.
Had to call out sick at work two days in a row and only finally started to feel kinda-sorta better by Christmas, but it had already wrecked my holiday plans by then. Combine that with the fact that even a chicken burrito costs over $9 here now and they've jacked up other prices as well so a simple burrito and drink now costs $13 and yeah, sorry but I think this permanently takes Chipotle off the menu for me now.

My wife and I once frequented this Chipotle as a convenient stop after workouts at the nearby VASA Fitness. Though the portions often fell short of the generosity found at other locations as some other reviewers have noted, they were predictably modest and sufficient for our needs.
But last Sunday, convenience turned treacherous. In the dead stillness of 3 a.m. Monday, we were jolted awake, both becoming aware of a violent battle within — a storm we now know as one of the most harrowing bouts of food poisoning we’ve ever endured. Our only shared meal that day had come from this Chipotle. By sheer fortune, our home boasts two bathrooms; otherwise, our home would've immediately and irrevocably descended into anarchy.
For nearly 48 grueling hours, we lingered in the liminal space between agony and slightly less agony, hovering near a decision to seek emergency care. Recovery brought clarity: we will not return to this place, and it will likely take quite some time, maybe more time than we have left, to trust a Chipotle again.

This location in particular always skimps on their portions, especially during lunch hours. Finally, the last straw today when I ordered a bowl with brisket, which is more expensive, and there is maybe six little cubes of brisket in the whole bowl. Really disappointing. I would not order ahead at this location. Order in person so you can watch them build the meal.

This place is ridiculous it’s almost comical. The portions here are incredibly small. In addition, the people attending the front have an attitude when you have questions about what’s being served. Learn to give a COMPLETE portion. They act like they pay this food out their own pocket. Will be letting others know not to come to this location. So sad since there’s a great gym nearby…

Half assed my TEN DOLLAR burrito bowl. Didn't even give me my receipt. I always come to this location and this WILL be the last time. Don't waste your money. Go to the Chipotle in Warrenville. This location is horrible!!!
Did not serve regular proportions. Definitely got less chips and protein and when I called it out they refused to add more protein unless I paid for double protein.

Every time you go to Chipotle, it’s a gamble on whether you’re going to get what you paid for. This location is the worst I’ve ever been to. I got maybe 1 ounce? Of meat in my burrito bowl but a crap ton of beans to pad it out. The lady, when she scooped it, gave me maybe 1/4? of a scoop. I contacted support but they will not refund (no reason given) so I’m initiating a credit card chargeback. Pictured is the meat after I literally pulled out the entire “potion” that I paid for. Remember - beans and rice are cheap. Is this meat worth $10 to you?
To Scott - I HAVE reached out. Instead of getting a refund, I was given a BOGO offer. Why in the world would I want to give you guys more money if nobody in good faith can “make it right”? I have also been hung up on by support multiple times.
