I came to this location for the first time today, and I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but wasn’t great.I order a steak bowl with guacamole, when Employee began to put my rice and beans and meat into the bowl, she was missing the bowl and most of the ingredients landed on the counter when I asked her if I could have a little bit more, I felt like I was bothering her.There was only five pieces of steak left in the serving station, while there is a full bin of meat behind her that was full And thankfully, she not only gave me the last of the steak, but was nice enough to give me a few more pieces from the new batch.When I got back, my bowl that wasn’t completely closed, the silver top came right off, and most of my meal was in the chipotle bag.I will say, my food was cold, which was very disappointing Mainly because I work legit three minutes away from this chipotle. For almost $20 for this bowl, I am a little disappointed with this location.

This gotta be the worst location ever. They almost never have chicken or steak done. They rice and beans be cold 80% of the time. I live across the street and I have been coming to this location since they first opened. Literally the first day. It’s not the same. Horrible quality. Absolutely horrible. They fell off. Go to jerseys mikes. Save yourself the trouble

went in on Valentines Day, and they were well staffed. they were professional and courteous. they handled our order quickly and perfectly. my only negative would be the counter was dirty when we went to pay.

I typically avoid chipotle because the company is circling the drain as is, and I also have never left a review of anywhere, but this place deserves it.First, I asked for corn tortillas because I’m gluten free, they gave me flour, and I never noticed until I got home, so I couldn’t even eat them. She also never asked if I wanted dine in or takeout. The woman prepping my food was extremely distracted even though there was nobody in the place. She slapped everything (3 things) onto these tortillas until they were a soggy mess. The way they were wrapped crumpled them all together to where you couldn’t even tell which taco had which ingredients. The meat was fatty and disgusting l. Guy checking me out was talking about random stuff going on among the employees. This is literally the worst 12 dollars I have ever spent.Not to mention there’s a big sign right before you order begging you to leave a 5 star review on google. Laughable

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chipotle, where I encountered two exceptional team members Jasmine and Jamie ?They made my experience for me and my family (Nala ?truly outstanding. Jasmine and Jamie went above and beyond to ensure that my order was prepared exactly to my liking and that I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness truly stood out. It's clear that they take pride in their work and are dedicated to providing excellent service. Kudos to Jasmine and Jamie for embodying the spirit of hospitality and making my visit to Chipotle memorable. They are a testament to the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend their service to anyone visiting Chipotle!

It seems like the employee can make the biggest difference in the world. Sometimes you go in and tell they want your business. They don’t try to short you on tacos especially when you’re spending $16 for a drink and tacos.On the other hand, there are those employees that bring down the reputation of the store. There is no reason to give someone four tiny pieces of Carne Asada per taco. And asked if they can get some more reasonable.To act like I am the unreasonable one be just give it to him instead of oh my bad that does look a little light I got you it’s our pleasure to serve youLike not asking for much a taco should not have more beans or rice then meat unless it is a bean and rice taco like a steak taco has majority of steak At least more than four pieces
