I’ve tried to really give this location a chance. Every delivery order I’ve made had something missing or something wrong. I ordered a bowl and salad tonight, and again the vinaigrette dressing was missing. In my bowl I asked for fajitas instead I got uncooked bell pepper. Also they threw in old cilantro… it’s black and disgusting! And I hope I don’t get sick. You pay for extra meat and they never give it. This location doesn’t care. I’ve called corporate and made a complaint online. I’m done with this location I rather take drive to a location who doesn’t mind doing their job. I wish I could give zero stars.

This is one of the worst Chipotle locations. I stopped in 2 hours before closing and was told they had no protein available. I decided that I would just order a side of chips and guac and was told they were out! Wouldn't waste my time coming here.

I've gone to this location a few times and they definitely short you on your portions. Especially if you order to go or delivery. This last order we ordered delivery and my bowl had hardly anything in it when I asked for extra on everything. The second bowl had only a few pieces of cheese and no queso that we paid extra for. We also didn't get our side of chips and queso that I used my points for. Basically the people that work here just don't care and they show it through their service. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

The server was mixing back all the spilled stuff from counter into the serving trays. The food that's spilled on counter should be tossed to avoided cross contamination. I won't go back to this location again

When I walked in the store there were at least 4 employees working but no one tried to take an order while I was standing for few minutes in front. It looked busy only packing online orders.Finally they took my order but the portion of food was so small which only could feed 5 years old kid with 4 pcs of lettuce on top if the bowl.

Multiple hygiene and sanitation issues observed. Not likely to return for that reason.We arrived just after 7 pm on a weeknight. We were the only customers at that point; at least 4 people on staff. Literally every table in the place was dirty with lingering food from previous customers. We were there for 30 minutes; tables were never touched for cleaning. Plastic utensil and napkins on floor in hallway near checkout were also untouched by staff during our half-hour visit.I also observed two different staff people defeating the point of their gloves. One person, wearing gloves and preparing food orders, scraped their bare arms with their hands while waiting on the next customer to arrive. Another person, also wearing gloves and preparing food orders, used the back of their hand to push up their glasses and rub their face at least 5 times in as many minutes.Very disappointed to see these issues, especially since we weren't there during peak busy time. Makes us wonder what the cleanliness issues would be in the kitchen area that we couldn't observe.
Portions seem smaller than other locations and every time we’ve ordered online we’ve been missing something.

Place was empty, line out the door and for some reason wasn't moving for 5min I stood about 12 people back from the front. I left. The food there is only good enough because it's fast and convenient. Once it isn't, it sucks.
