Chipotle Mexican Grill

Lady working lunch time today made the reviews all seem very true. Barely any meat on tacos and even said “if I give you more meat I’m going to get fired”. Figure it out guys!

Workers gave half scoops of everything, gave me a dusting of cheese when I asked for extra. Multiple bites of the steak in my bowl were either all fat or cartilage. The manager gave me attitude after asking for more pico and cheese, rolling his eyes. This chipotle has been good in the past but the management has gone down hill. I am very disappointed in the quality of my food and portion size.

the manager is so horrible he literally gave me half a scoop of chicken and a sprinkle of cheese when ordering my 11$ bowl he had a horrible attitude when i asked for extra mild salsa i usually love this chipotle but the manager makes it looks like a joke

Can't wait till this chipotle inevitably closes due to poor service and portions. The one at Roosevelt is way better.

I ordered sofritas crispy tacos. There was barely any sofritas filling or cheese. But there was a ton of lettuce that just cascaded out of them as I picked them up. Several bites were just 100% shell. It wasnt even like eating tacos, it was like eating dry, unsalted, stale tortilla chips. I cannot believe i spent over $10 and was served this. I don't understand how they're sending out dishes like this to people. Unreal. Probably the worst meal I've had from Chipotle in almost 20 years going there. There are 2 other Chipotle locations nearby on Roosevelt Rd that are consistently better.

It has been a while since my last visit to Chipotle, and the experience left a lasting positive impression. The staff was friendly, my order was accurate, and the portion size was generous. Looking forward to returning again.

Very dirty and sloppy, the server was rude and noticibly unhappy to be there. It reminded me why I havent been to Chipotle in over 10yrs.

Have to shout out this Chipotle location. The last two times we went, the bowl portion sizes were much improved - absolutely heaped. (And we didn't even have to record them! They were app orders.) Hopefully this isn't a fluke, but either way whoever made our recent orders is a champion.

I mean, it's mostly just rice so I don't think it really costs them that much more to fill up the entire bowl. But for me at least, seeing the whole thing full definitely increases my satisfaction!

The first time I came to this location I was very disappointed my food was cold and had no flavor I actually ended up asking for them to remake it which they did. The second time I went to this location which was yesterday, the sauteed vegetables were basically raw and the food has no flavor. I don't intend on ever returning to this location I have however had better luck at other locations such as Glen Ellyn and the Wheaton location on Roosevelt Road. Raw sauteed vegetables are a major turn off and why is it the food has no flavor anymore?

Stood there for 5 minutes. No one else in line. Not one person from the staff even acknowledged I was there, much less took my order. I left with no food after waiting there.

Always dirty when I dine in & then they want to start cleaning after I’ve clean my own table. While I’m eating they try to broom around me smh… also the steak always has so many Fat chunks not cool
