I went there last night the place was dirty and my grill chicken was rubber I asked for a new one and the big guy told me it's like that when cooked don't get the grilled chicken anything else
Food was below average, several dirty tables, staff seemed irritated when asked for special instructions on order. Would rather eat McDonald’s at that point

I usually enjoy coming to Culver’s, but my recent experience was really disappointing because of one of the managers, Kyle. I noticed he was being openly rude, not just to customers, but to his own team members. It made the whole environment uncomfortable. Associates looked stressed and unhappy, and his tone with customers was curt and unprofessional. Culver’s is known for great service and friendly staff, so it was really off-putting to see a manager act this way. I hope the company addresses this, because it doesn’t reflect the welcoming atmosphere Culver’s is supposed to have.
