Only worker was on a personal phone call on speakerphone on full blast. She didn’t mix my blizzard well enough so it was full of big chunks. Didn’t seem to care about her job.

Worse DQ experience do not go to this place. Staff is terrible. I got to this DQ with family 30 mins before they close and the cashier said she can’t serve anything because all the machines are closed, if that’s the case they should put a sign out saying they close at 8:30. Just so poor never go here there is so many other places around the area just go to one them don’t go here !!

We stopped by this Dailey Queen location on our was home on a Saturday night. The line was almost out of the door which was surprising. There was only one lady working at the counter which explained the long wait. I ordered my usual chocolate dipped soft serve cone. Surprisingly it started melting by the time I got in the car. I could tell that the ice cream wasn't cold enough, the chocolate was somewhat diluted and thin. I didn't get that satisfying crunch when trying to eat it. The reason I give this place two stars is because of the state of uncleanliness the store was in. There was trash on the floor, the tables were dirty, the chairs were all over the place. In addition, the area behind the counter where they make your ice cream looked like a disaster. Empty boxes, trash, you name in. The fridge that stores ice cream cakes was empty and not in the working condition. I think that cleanliness should be number one priority for any food serving establishment and is non-negotiable. I think it's safe to say that will not be back to this location.

I'm not sure what's going on with this place. They close early sometimes with no notice. I went in today to buy a cake and the freezer case is empty, separated from the wall, and there's dirt everywhere. I asked if they had any cakes and she had to check the back, then said no only plain cakes (?). The past few times I've been there I've noticed it's pretty dirty inside - you don't want to touch anything. We have started going to the one in Naperville on Ogden and Washington. It's reliable and easy parking and the staff is much friendlier!

This Dairy Queen is awful. I've had tried this location 5 times in the hopes that it would get better. The blizzards have very little toppings. The ice cream is slightly runny and melts very quickly which makes me think there machines aren't running at correct temperature. Waste of time and money. Hit the Dairy Queen in downtown Wheaton.

Folks, plenty of other DQs in the area, even an Oberweis just down the road from this location.Avoid this DQ location like the plague.The employee(s) at this location are poorly trained and condescending. Apparently there is a wrong way to order a kiddie cone placed in a cup, I ended up getting a lecture from a staff member when I was handed simply softserve in a cup with no cone. When I asked where the cone was, she proceeded to tell me I ordered it incorrectly and in fact got what I asked for....(ouch). The chocolate dip cones are also poorly done and sloppy. Real shame... as this location used to be a good choice. Not anymore!

Nope ??? there's another location in Lombard near the library. I'd recommend that one because this one on Butterfield in Wheaton is not it.

it is not great the stuff is never properly made and I swear for 3 years I've only ever seen 1 employee and it never look open from the outside but if you want d and this is the closest location then it's fine go there

Love this Dairy Queen! Great parking and great ice cream! The owner is kind and very fast with orders. There is hardly a wait time even on super busy days. Love this spot it’s in a great strip of stores. Highly recommend!

The service is awful. This place is run down. There is a terrible leak in the kitchen and the tiles are holding water (just look above the cash registers). It's a breeding ground for mold. The lady who took my order is as rude and impatient as I've seen. The prices have gone up since last season and they charge $2.79 plus tax for a small cone. Another $.90 to dip it. The lady took a phone order while we were there and was rolling her eyes and shaking her head. Unprofessional. Lastly, they are very cheap. They keep the napkins behind the counter and give you one for your order.
