Ditkas hits all three criteria for a wonderful dining experience. Special thanks to the whole staff on Monday, July 7th 2025. I stopped in to have an afternoon snack and was treated so very well. The food was delicious and the food service at da bar was superb. The gentleman whos served me made the experience and I send special thanks his way, absolutely. His Old Fashioned was tops and the meal and presentation and service was exemplary. I shall return.

Sunday night dinner was extraordinary! Brooke was our server and she was AMAZZZZZING!!! Food was delightful- as always - with our table indulging in Lasagna, Salmon and Brussels Sprouts with Chicken! Met Justin as we closed ou the evening - he's a great addition to the restaurant! The Wheaton Ditkas continues to make Paul W proud!!!

The food was very under seasoned. This was true for all three of our meals. The bolognese, salmon salad and even the kid's chicken tenders. Quite odd. Little to no salt on anything. The only thing properly seasoned were the fries that came with the chicken tenders. If they fixed this problem, the meals would have been great. But as it stands, not worth the price.

Difficult to get the server's attention, and yet they gave great effort. My six ounce center cut, ordered medium rare, came out medium to medium well. They were courteous and apologetic when the replacement steak was served.
Perhaps by policy, the server made no check backs.

Loved the ambiance - first time at the Wheaton location and the city itself, which I thought was charming. It was a bit loud in the restaurant but not enough where we couldn't talk/listen amongst our table. Our server, Emily, was fantastic, friendly and attentive. Food was excellent with the exception of the plain whipped potatoes. Thought they would have been more special; they were meh, unfortunately.

... Every other aspect of the dining experience was great except I never got a refill on my water the whole meal, then when I did after my meal was done, they forgot my lemon. The recommended desert the chocolate cake, was delectable, also the steak and asparagus both where cooked to perfection

I told our waiter multiple times that I have a very bad dairy allergy and had an allergic reaction after my meal last night. And yes, I am sure it was caused by dairy exposure. The waiter assured me that there was no dairy and I even asked them to tell the chef as well. Please pay closer attention in the future!

This wasn't our first time here and it won't be the last. Ditka's Restaurant located in Oak Brook Terrace. The service was wonderful, our server Michael was awesome, so friendly, so attentive. We had a big group celebrating my birthday and Michael made us feel so welcomed. I ALWAYS highly recommend Ditka's Restaurant located in Oak Brook Terrace. The food was delicious as usual. I don't no the chef, but I can tell you, the Chef is a great asset to Ditka's. Thank you all for such wonderful service. We will be back soon.
