Will probably avoid this Dominos going forward. Ordered two pizzas and garlic bread and pizza tracker said it would take 12-15 minutes so I arrived 17 minutes later and they said it would be another 30 minutes. Didn't offer me anything but a full refund and this location had messed up several orders before.

Every time we have ordered from this one as it’s local to us, the pizza is always dry and they never add extra cheese as requested. It looks like they took these out of a back room where they store ones that were never picked up just to sell them back to people.

Last week I ordered for delivery, using my account that I use every time I place an order, prepaid and tipped on my credit card and as always put leave at the door. The driver called and said he was there and I said he could leave fude
it in the foyer, I was coming right now to grab it. When I got to the main entrance of the building, I didn't see the food anywhere. At which point i tried calling the number the driver had called on back, and received no answer. At which time I called the store, the phone was answered by Amy. I explained the situation and was appalled by her unprofessional and rude reaction. She flat out told me I was wrong that it had been delivered, like I was lying. I asked if she could ask the driver what the front looked like of where the items were left. Thinking it might just be a little confusion with GPS, and if it was in the neighborhood I could go grab it. She refused, providing neither a remedy or actual customer service. I told her I was appalled by her attitude and said that after this experience, where I am out not only the meal I was waiting on but my payment, that I can't imagine ordering from them again. She said that would probably be for the best and hung up. I emailed a complaint to customer service on dominos.com and still have not received any response, 5 days later. Extremely disappointed, that every facet of my experience was met with a customer service level unbecoming to such a large company. I will be choosing a different pizza company for all my future dining needs

Ordered delivery, 2 pizzas. The online "tracker" wasn't working, so after the order was 25m late i called the store to check the status. I was told they were running behind bc their driver got in an accident, but that my order just left & it'd be here in 15m.
30m after that, i called back & was told they were incorrect earlier - my order was still not ready bc they were understaffed.
I get that problems happen, but just be accurate & honest w people & keep them updated. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone w me.

Looked for menu online on my phone. This location does not have a menu posted, just about 6 pictures. So I called and asked about a specialty pizza I had had in the past with Italian beef and peppers and onions (Philadelphia cheese steak) the person on the phone was an English as a second language person who I asked to read me a list of specialty pizzas to help me remember. As they read things I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times and they became irritated. Ultimately, I recognized a pizza I could accept (Hawaiian) and ordered it. He said $18 and I said ok. I was close and arrived in 10 minutes and found the promotion of 2 pizzas for $6.99 Each with specialty pizzas $3 more.I asked to adjust my order, add another pizza, use a promotional coupon or something to close the price discrepancy and he ignored me and rung up another few customers while I got madder at his ignorant behavior. I asked for the manager and it turned out to be him! I asked again for a creative solution to this problem caused by his poor service during my initial phone call, he offered nothing and said take it or leave it. I left!!This guy needs to be replaced. Simple.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! this man right here had a attitude because they delivered my pizza cold with a strand of hair in it, I paid for delivery and had to drive to the store to get my money back and he had a problem doing that, then proceeded to process my refund and instead of telling me he did my refund he walked away and went about his day.

The staff is super busy, too busy to answer politely any question. Don’t ask, as I did, “do you have red pepper” unless you want to get yelled at, “No red pepper!” Not going there anymore! The bread preparations are dripping with grease - stay away.
