I have been going to this Dunkin for a few years. Never had a problem.
This is a warning not to give your money to this business. I went to the Danada Wheaton, Illinos Dunkin on Wednesday, May 21,2025. I placed my order and was waiting in the Drive thru when an employee push a donut cart out the back door and it went flying off the cement patio and flew into my car and put a big dent in my vehicle. I talked to the manager and she said she couldn't do anything and she would let the owner know and he might call me back. I also called corporate twice. They said all they could do is to email them to call me. It's Friday no call at all from anything to give me their insurance information to cover the damage their employee caused to my vehicle. City of Wheaton don't you keep your companies that you allow in your city from doing this to people.
Do not go here this is absolutely the worst wendsday my sister was in the drive through and one of the employees came out of the back door with the donut cart and it went off the curb and hit her car door and put a big dent in it and now she is being avoided the owner has not called her back 😡😡😡
Went through the drive-thru and ordered a small dunkin energy drink and asked for a water cup too, dude said ok and the total on the screen said 4.36, plz note that NO ONE said the price OUT LOUD (like you're supposed to) and i got the total from the screen at the drive thru that said small dunkin energy drink, total: 4.36
I go up to the cash window and hand the lady a 5, since the total IS 4.36
She says it's 5.45, i tell her, no that's not what the screen says, she says post tax, I tell her yeah, the screen gives you the whole total, post tax.
She tells me that its cuz i got a water, i say a water cup is free and she tells me they can charge for a large water cup....I DIDN'T ASK FOR A LARGE WATER CUP, I JUST ASKED FOR A WATER, THEY ELECTED TO MAKE IT LARGE AND THEN DIDN'T TELL ME THE FULL PRICE. I told them exactly that and that they are supposed to tell the total BEFORE the cash window.
Would not go here again, most dunkins have nice people but by the looks of it, this location just a bunch of greedy a-holes that don't know how to do their job and will just scam you. Idk what their names were but whoever works the drivethru around 8-9am on a thursday at this location needs to be fired.
Every time I go there they tell me to hurry up, or they say something really rude about taking too long to look at the menu. I mean very argumentative and downright mean! There is one woman & one man that does this every time. Super rude! They start rushing you within 30 seconds of reviewing the menu. I drove off without my order today bc of how rude they were. I will not be going to this loc again!
The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I come to the employer no good never make the coffee right never given the order right
I'm sorry to say, but I ordered one of the worst iced coffees I've ever had from this location. Terribly burnt, the staff needs retrained on how to make coffee properly. Also there was barely any ice.
I don't even want to leave this review, but the coffee was so unbelievably bad, it HAS to be addressed.

I travel a lot and frequent many different Dunkin Donuts locations. This drive-thru is by far the worst I have ever experienced. It is not only one time either, I gave them multiple opportunities, but they repeatedly failed, so this is endemic to this location. Poor service, wrong orders, (discovered after leaving so you have to return), arrogant employees at the window, etc.. After professionally reaching out to corporate several times, someone, (possibly franchise owner), called me an left a VM. I called back immediately but never heard back. DO NOT FREQUENT THIS LOCATION!!!!
If somehow you haven't experienced this, wait, you will. There are many other Dunkin locations in this area that are tremendous, please give them your $$$, not this location.

I was reluctant to try due to the reviews but I am glad I did! Everything I ordered was very fresh tasting which is somewhat rare these days with other dunkins. I will definitely be coming here in the future. Be aware that the pet hospital that shares the parking lot with this place sill send their people out to kick you out of the lot if you even think about parking on their half of the lot. Incredibly rude and I left them a note for it as well. Thanks to dunkin this trip was an overall pleasant one and productive as I know what animal hospital I will not be frequenting ever. ?

On 3/22 Friday we went to Dunkin’ Donuts to grab donuts for my son’s birthday. Kids went inside to grab the donuts and they asked for separate bags for their donuts, which they received but one bag had two donuts that was placed in the wrong bag. So inside the place they were switching out the donuts and one fell on the ground and they went to tell them since this one fell on the ground can we get another donut. Their response was you touched it so you have to buy another one.I can understand if they went outside and came back in and said the donut fell on the ground and they wouldn’t provide a new one. The problem was this whole scenario happened in front of their eyes and I watched it from the car. The fact their response was you touched it you have to buy another one. Instead sorry that donut fell on the ground and we will give you another one to replace it. Mind you the donuts aren’t cheap unlike everything else.. but paying another $1.72 for a donut where they could’ve easily replaced the one that fell on the ground as they misplaced the donuts in the bag with the order in first place.This is not the first time I’ve had bad experience here.. anytime we get a donut it’s not even wrapped properly so half the frosting is already stuck in the bag. It is a shame that my son started his birthday on Friday with that kind of attitude from Dunkin’ Donuts whereas he went and got his free Starbucks, tropical smoothie and nothing Bundt cake for free for his birthday with a smile on their faces throughout day..service at this Dunkin’ Donuts is poor when it comes to empathy.
