On 3/22 Friday we went to Dunkin’ Donuts to grab donuts for my son’s birthday. Kids went inside to grab the donuts and they asked for separate bags for their donuts, which they received but one bag had two donuts that was placed in the wrong bag. So inside the place they were switching out the donuts and one fell on the ground and they went to tell them since this one fell on the ground can we get another donut. Their response was you touched it so you have to buy another one.I can understand if they went outside and came back in and said the donut fell on the ground and they wouldn’t provide a new one. The problem was this whole scenario happened in front of their eyes and I watched it from the car. The fact their response was you touched it you have to buy another one. Instead sorry that donut fell on the ground and we will give you another one to replace it. Mind you the donuts aren’t cheap unlike everything else.. but paying another $1.72 for a donut where they could’ve easily replaced the one that fell on the ground as they misplaced the donuts in the bag with the order in first place.This is not the first time I’ve had bad experience here.. anytime we get a donut it’s not even wrapped properly so half the frosting is already stuck in the bag. It is a shame that my son started his birthday on Friday with that kind of attitude from Dunkin’ Donuts whereas he went and got his free Starbucks, tropical smoothie and nothing Bundt cake for free for his birthday with a smile on their faces throughout day..service at this Dunkin’ Donuts is poor when it comes to empathy.

We get coffee every day, and at least 2 or 3 times a week the cups are damaged and SPILL IN OUR CARS AND ON US. PLEASE.....start looking at what you hand out!!! THE SPILLS SUCK.....AND HOT COFFEE BURNS......STOP SMASHING THE CUP RIMS AND CAUSING

I've read the other reviews and it makes me sad. This is my favorite location and I am there often (it's an addiction) and the crew is the nicest of all the locations. They are also pretty fast. Mobile order or not. The place is really clean too. Have I had an order issue there? Yeah, once or twice but they always fix it and are never rude about it. (Be nice, nothing is worth being a jerk over)Anyway, I am giving 5 stars. This is my favorite location.

Every time we come to this location we never get the full amount of coffee that we should. There is always AT LEAST an inch or more of space at the top, and when we ask for more (since we’re paying for it) we get the snarky comment of “what do you want me to fill it to the brim?” We didn’t pay $6 to not have it filled to the top.

I wasn't greeted when I entered granted it was the morning rush, but then when I got my XL hot coffee, there was over an inch of empty space at the top of the cup. I mean... I paid for an XL, not sure I even got a large.

I come here, staff is nice. I tell them what I want to order even if I'm wanting a certain donut even if it's not on the app. I tell them what I want. The staff is nice and friendly.

I have only written two reviews previously for other business operations, (not this one), and they were both positive. It takes a lot to get me motivated to write a bad one, but this location has earned it. As I read the other reviews I can relate to the comments on the lady in the drive thru window and how rude and unprofessional her behavior is. I've been going to this location for years and have endured without complaining. Today is the second day in a row that she gave me the wrong coffee order. My order is sooo simple, large coffee with cream. Unfortunately yesterday it wasn't until I was home and tasting it did I realize their mistake. I had to drive all the way back to exchange it. I went to this location with some trepidation today and after receiving the coffee and moving out of the drive thru so other people behind me would not be delayed, I checked the order. To my surprise it was wrong again! I went into the store to complain and there were 5 people working there, I got all of their attention. I told them that this was two days in a row, for a simple order! The mean lady at the window gave evil stares, the female mgr. simply stated the guy who took the order forgot to put it in the system. No apologies from either one of them. No offer to make it complimentary or offer some future incentive to return to this location. Therefore I won't, and I highly suggest you don't either. But if you do, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY!!!
