I go to the dd almost everyday in the am for my coffee its always made perfectly the staff is awesome very nice on Roosevelt rd and President st Wheaton il I must say Derrick is Delightful very curtious
I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:48 to get a box of munchkins for my children tomorrow. After waiting about 3 min and realizing no one was going to take my order I pulled up to the window. There I saw a woman and when she saw me she tried to avoid me and once she realized I wasn’t leaving , she walked slowly toward the window and without opening it made a sign with her hands that they were closed. I just stopped in here to get a drink (Friday at 3pm). I go to Dunkin all the time and use their app constantly. I ordered a small iced tea since I had a free perk with my card. After I paid, I noticed I was charged for a small coffee, so I went back up to the cash register to tell them. The person behind the register was so rude and mean.
