When I went to buy whole bean coffee, I was planning on buying one bag. The representative told me if I bought 3 bags I could get a discount of I believe 5 dollars. Since I like their coffee, it made sense to stock up and save some money also.

Felt like a normal experience until I took the lid off my iced coffee and the ice smelled rancid. I’m now very worried about the safety of their food. I’ve always loved Dunkin and don’t know if this is just the case with this one, but I wont be going back there after this.

I'm editing my review because the manager called me to discuss the issue and offer a resolution. The staff is very nice and I understand mistakes happen. I would give the store 4 stars, but I would give Dunkin corporate 0 stars. Dunkin corporate doesn't offer any support for their franchise locations.
Ordered two sandwiches that were made incorrectly. The store told me I could drive back and get new ones. With an hour round trip, I declined. They offered no other resolution but to come back that week, which isn't an option. Called corporate customer service and they told me that there is nothing they can do. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund, gift card, or other credit. Frustrating experience but not worth the trouble for $15 worth of sandwiches.

I ordered the $5 meal deal which is 2 wake up wraps with a medium coffee. I got food poisoning from the wake up wraps, or the coffee I don't know. I was sick for 2 whole days and now I will never eat from dunkin donuts again.
Bathroom are really dirty hot coffe cold They are very rude I wouldn’t come back I don’t recommend this Dunking at all

today was ur first time at this dunking and we came in today with the family we were like 5 people and we all really thought the guy was gonna get mad but we got surprise by him we were like wow this guy has really good energy we had some bad situations with other location but this location wins everything is clean even the bathrooms some other location restrooms are not clean at all we will recommend this location to our friends we always usually get dunking afternoon we hope to see the same guy again if you wanna have a good experience at dunking this is the location but thank you soo much Lino

I took my time to do this review cus it’s awesome how this new guy from the afternoon is with the costumer skills Great service he’s so nice and fast everytime I go inside he’s always cleaning and he’s always in a good mood the bathrooms are always clean not like some other location that I been this is a perfect dunking to come in and drink your coffee so peaceful and hey men if you see this great job men 🙏🏻
