I'm editing my review because the manager called me to discuss the issue and offer a resolution. The staff is very nice and I understand mistakes happen. I would give the store 4 stars, but I would give Dunkin corporate 0 stars. Dunkin corporate doesn't offer any support for their franchise locations.
Ordered two sandwiches that were made incorrectly. The store told me I could drive back and get new ones. With an hour round trip, I declined. They offered no other resolution but to come back that week, which isn't an option. Called corporate customer service and they told me that there is nothing they can do. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund, gift card, or other credit. Frustrating experience but not worth the trouble for $15 worth of sandwiches.

I ordered the $5 meal deal which is 2 wake up wraps with a medium coffee. I got food poisoning from the wake up wraps, or the coffee I don't know. I was sick for 2 whole days and now I will never eat from dunkin donuts again.

today was ur first time at this dunking and we came in today with the family we were like 5 people and we all really thought the guy was gonna get mad but we got surprise by him we were like wow this guy has really good energy we had some bad situations with other location but this location wins everything is clean even the bathrooms some other location restrooms are not clean at all we will recommend this location to our friends we always usually get dunking afternoon we hope to see the same guy again if you wanna have a good experience at dunking this is the location but thank you soo much Lino

Went with my sister and Lyno, was very nice to us made us feel welcomed and unrushed! We got our drinks and of course tastes good. Love the cold brew coffees from Dunkin! Thanks Lyno. Definitely coming back!

I took my time to do this review cus it’s awesome how this new guy from the afternoon is with the costumer skills Great service he’s so nice and fast everytime I go inside he’s always cleaning and he’s always in a good mood the bathrooms are always clean not like some other location that I been this is a perfect dunking to come in and drink your coffee so peaceful and hey men if you see this great job men 🙏🏻

I got dunking today and a white old lady was really rude at me taking my order i order ice coffee Medium and she said okay what size anything else what else please be fast I said okay chill please dunking really need professional people what a great service they give at dunking plus’s she handle my food and the smell of cigarette was insane.
Got the Maple sugar bacon, and it had no maple sugar on it. Straight bacon & old.
