Tried this dunkin TWICE, thinking the guy who took my order was just having a bad day. Not the issue, he sounds and looks like he is miserable working there. Gave me my order wrong,BOTH VISITS.

Not your average Dunkin. Coffee and donuts are same as any other location. They DO have sour cream donuts and THEY ARE FANTASTIC.The staff keeps me coming back and I often go out of the way to come to this location. Efficiency and friendliness are plentiful here.

They needs some hard working people in here. They are too slow. Place was not even busy. Coffee tasted okay. Not perfect.There was an other person waiting when I walked in and she got her coffee and food after I got mine. This people need to move.

I went through the drive through. Very rude when I asked a question about the coffee. Wanted to know if they had different varieties of hot coffee. Not a big deal. I could see on the screen he was adding sugar pumps to my coffee. I told him no I didn’t want pumps, just wondering if there were other flavors of hot coffee. He acted like I was annoying so I just said never mind, black coffee. When I got to the register I was trying to use my app for my free coffee. The man at the window must have been tipped off by the guy on the drive through and was barking at me “Mam I need to scan it!” I was flustered and handed it to him. Didn’t get my free coffee. My food was not warmed up. Just an all around awful experience. I visit a different DD frequently which I will continue to do. I will not go back to the Roosevelt Road location.

Honestly I wouldn’t have rated it so low if my order was correct it’s not difficult you are making coffee. I worked for dunkin for 3 and a half years and this is by far the worst one I’ve been too. First off the employees barely speak English( not a bad thing) but you are in customer service it’s a must. Second like my order is not difficult it’s an XL coffee 7 cream and 7 sugars. Why when leaving the drive thru does my cup say “ 4 sugars and 5 creams” like huh?! Whoever is the Owner operator of this facility does not care. Do better. Please for the sake of Dunkin. Can’t even make a good cup of coffee. Oh and the reviews for this dunkin in specific, wow gobsmacked whoever is in charge really doesn’t care about this location. Please try harder and follow dunkin procedures they have guidelines for obvious reasons.

if I could give zero stars I would. Horrifically rude and nasty staff that will raise their voice or talk down to you. I ordered something online that apparently they don’t have anymore and when I was confused they immediately snapped at me.
I've worked several frustrating food service jobs before and I try to be understanding of staff on a short straw but honestly there's no excuse for this location. the second I got to the drive thru the man was already impatient; raising his voice & speaking down for me because I ordered something online that apparently they don't have anymore, as if i simply should have known it got discontinued (even though it's available at every other location). all i have to say is that the drive thru line will always be short at this location because no one wants to come back to this place with the most egregiously rude staff ive ever interacted with.

The worker was apologetic about it, and it’s absolutely their right to do so, but charging for a cup of water seems unethical.

The one lady who works there is such a snot! I'll never go back because of her. National Free Doughnut day she screamed at me at the window that I had to of asked for the free doughnut when I ordered. Nowhere did it say ask for it as you order! She is horrible!!
