Only came here a couple of times for a quick donut or coffee cuz its so close to me but all the times I've come had to deal with extremely rude workers very disrespectful and absolutely no customer service. They always give you attitude even when your being friendly with them. You can't even ask them a question without them always getting annoyed with you. I've seen them make other customers leave without getting anything by how badly they've been treated.

Incident took place at 3:35pm Jan 2, 2019. I don't know the cashier's name. I just left my coffee there and left. He was sneezing up a storm, rinsed his hands with just water and proceeded to make my drink. I'm grossed out.

Terrible. The man that was serving us was slow and there was only one person working. I cam in before a dozen people and he served them first. I asked why did you serve them first and he said "because they only bought coffee". I bought coffee as well and 2 donots for me and my brother. He served a dozen people before I could get my food that I ordered. It took me 30 min to get everything and I was so pissed at the worker. It was the worst experience I ever had with Dunkin Donuts. That was the last time I am going to that place.

I love this place! I go here more than once a week, the staff is always so sweet and understanding. The food is always really good too. The atmosphere is nice and I love to sit and draw for an hour or two
Always stop in for a caramel iced latte. Prices much better than Starbucks, and you get more for your money.

Very rude and disrespectful! They guy didn't let me finish the order and I paid with cash and throws the money at me! I asked “is that my change?†And he said yes .21 cents I said well you could have given it to me in my hand and not be rude bout it. He didn't care still walked away from me.
