The service at this location is terrible!! I prefer Scmaltz bagels and deli in Downtown Wheaton and Naperville. Authentic Bagels and Sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and helpful!!

Looks like the rude worker finally got this store permanently closed... sad. She was always less than a ray of sunshine to deal with. I won't miss her, but I will miss Einstein's!!!

I think the food is good. I have been here a few times. They close very early at 2 pm making it almost impossible to go to unless you're free in the morning. Also their food is very expensive. 2 items will easily be over 10 dollars and a medium iced mocha is almost 5 dollars and all ice. It's pretty much 5 dollars for ice. I don't really come here unless I'm willing to splurge and have extra time.

Why is this place so glacially slow? We showed up at 12 noon on a Sunday. 4 people in line. 12:15, still 4 people in line while the staff ignores us and makes sandwiches...still waiting to order a cup of coffee. I wish this was a a 1 time occurrence but it’s a continuous problem for this location. I finally left at about 12:20 after they continued to ignore the line and only fill online orders. 2-3 other people had also left in the mean time. It’s not that the staff isn’t working hard, but they either don’t have an efficient enough process or they need more staff. This location is extremely disappointing with the speed of service they have. Please please please fix this. It shouldn’t be faster to drive to the Glen Ellyn location and back but it is. I’m not joking.

The brown haired chick behind the counter is so incredibly rude! She was screaming at customers and is incredibly rude. I was astonished. I bought a doggie bagel and she said "they're over here miss" and threw me a bag and made me grab it myself in such a rude way. I would have been fine grabbing it myself but why didn't she tell me right after I bought it then, not expect me to know to grab the bagel. She screamed at an older lady who she couldn't hear through her mask. I work in customer service and I could never imagine treating the customers and people I work with how this woman treated her customers. I understand the pandemic is stressful but this is your job sweetie!!!! Absolutely absurd and disgusting to see this activity here. Hope they figure it out.

I absolutely HATE Einstein Bagels with a PASSION !!!!! I promise myself every time that I will never go back... then one day I have a super craving for cream cheese and a bagel, so I stop. IDIOT !!! I asked for EXTRA cream cheese, and I got BARELY REGULAR cream cheese !!! I was charged for it, too... I actually went back and said I had asked for cream cheese... their response, "Oh, yes... that IS extra cream cheese." $3.54 absolutely WASTED !!! Time, WASTED !!! This is a horrible company and a complete rip off... Boycott them !!! Make them go under, because they deserve it. Period. Negative "1000" Stars !!!

The bagels deserve a five out of fiveMy issues with the employees I constantly come in I order the exact same thing a sandwich with double baconThey charge a dollar per slice of bacon which is kind a highI constantly get shorted and have to go back and show them and have to argue with them for compensationAs far as I’m concerned if I pay for something and it constantly does not get delivered I am entitled to more such as an Extra piece of bacon, a glass of water, something besides oh I forgot how to count

I have to give these people credit- they seem to work very hard considering that I only see the same couple people working everyday. I don't know how they do it. They always have a smile and are friendly, and make my order accurately and quickly. Covid precautions are up to standard, and I feel pretty safe entering the restaurant. I have actually seen the workers cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, which adds to my comfort of coming in to the store. The new eggels are absolutely delicious by the way! I love coming here.

Would not feel comfortable returning here again anytime soon due to lack of COVID precaution enforcement. Staff had ill-fitting masks that were not covering their nose and mouth at all times, therefore essentially ineffective. 3 staff members also allowed a unmasked man and his two unmasked older children to enter, order and eat inside the establishment and said nothing to enforce the mask policy or that the dining area is closed. They have signs posted on the front door, but what good does that do if the staff does not feel comfortable enforcing the business and state-wide policy? Management needs to be aware that the employees and patrons are at risk if these policies aren’t enforced.

Einstein Bagels on County Farm Rd in Wheaton is a great, conveniently located coffee, pop, bagels, and other sandwiches store. Their staff always goes above and beyond to ensure that your coffee and bagels/sandwiches are just the way that you want them. Their app and rewards card are also really user-friendly, to order ahead or pay at the Cash register. You can also accumulate points to redeem for free coffees. I highly recommend this Einstein Bagels ☕ ??. They also take good precautions for the Covid-19.
